"The location is very good, just on the central square, there are many restaurants to go out, and you can walk to the commercial street by the sea in 2 minutes. Very small boutique hotel. Stayed in the suite on the top floor (4th floor), with an exclusive oversized terrace, which can see the entire square and part of the sea view, which is great (Figure 3). There is also a hot tub for suites on the terrace. The service staff is also very enthusiastic. Overall, the stay experience is very good, although the facilities are definitely not 5 stars in all aspects, but it should be a good choice on this island. In addition, the hotel closed from November to April."

"The hotel is very well located, near the square you can walk around. But for the same reason it has no parking and it is not possible to do it in the nearby places as the streets are closed or full of cars, which makes it a problem especially when the baggage is coming up or out. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was varied and the buffet was a good one. The hall is beautiful and spacious, but the rooms need a renovation."

GGuest UserI cannot recommend hotel Casaly enough! The staff were incredible and genuinely helpful. They really do an amazing job at connecting and getting to know their guests. We felt so cared for. The room was incredible and was cleaned multiple times a day. The pool was great to have in the city. The products they provided for us were of a great quality. This is worth the money!

Had a fabulous stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary and as it was end of the season it was not too busy and got an upgrade to gorgeous sea view room 🤩 Staff was very friendly and helpful all the way through. Breakfast was small but nice, pool bar served good quality food for lunch and dinner 😋
Loved the friendly cat’s and dogs wondering around so great bonus for pet lovers. Will be returning when new season starts. 5*

GGuest UserHotel is positioned on a beautiful part of the island. The grounds are lush and pool is great. We loved everything here as far as the environment, views, amenities and our room, but the service was quite poor specially with the front desk. Our room was directly by the pool, and two nights in a row live music was playing at the pool restaurant until 11pm, which is great if you are there enjoying it, but not when you have a small child and trying to put them to bed. The next day when I told the front desk member that the music was very loud in our room and we were unable to sleep he just said yes we can play music until 11. When I pushed further and asked if we could be moved the answer was no. And that was that. I was stunned at this terrible customer service. I appreciate the hotel was fully booked but a simple gesture, an apology or sympathy would have gone a long way.

SSylvia Drsoul Fernandez ColoradoWowwww! I can only say amazing things about this place... the owner Mr George, the staff Mina, Makis and the others are just great! The freshly made food and drinks are priceless with the breathtaking view ”Window to Kephalonia” as someone called it there! Sunsets by the pool are unique here. The rooms have safe, fire jackets, small stove and oven with everything for cooking and a refrigerator... but why cook when they are such good cooks 🤩. I didn't need the ac, but there is one, as well as extra blankets if you need. If you need a hair dryer or iron they can lend you one at the front desk. If you cam drive manual cars I strongly recommend Alex from Via Venetia for great cars at amazing prices if you have International drivers license, otherwise get a well known car company Enterprice etc. A car is only recommended if you want to see the island. Liberatos Village is up a hill that will keep your body in shape and that bathingsuit looking great! Get a hat here and bring your sunblock! They offer small soaps, towels and bedsheets. I stayed here 7 nights and really felt at home... room F4 had an amazing balcony and spacious/comfortable room! Make sure to visit the Church up the hill and the cave inside the church!
