New and beautiful property, just off the main road. Magnificient pool and small open-air gym. Walk to the beach - approx 10 min. Staff are very polite and happy to assist. Food could be improved to include more vegetarian and local options. Great value for money.

This is a beautiful hotel! Immediately to fear, judging by the feedback. Noisy? There was no noise in September. Our room was on the floor resepschen, from 5 days only 1 time a tumultuous company woke us up. Other: The room is clean, neat. The room was jacuzzi and its yard is beautiful. Breakfasts are good. The view from the restaurant is incredible! Service. 100 out of 100. Service, superior expectations! First of all, the hotel's facilities, hygiene, meals and services are all the standards of a good hotel. The location is very good, in the core area of Nikolaos, a few minutes walk to the port and the local center. The hotel does not have a parking lot, but valet parking (free, tip free). Almost all water trips can start from the port next door, so it is really convenient to stay at this hotel. The scenery is super good. But Nikolaos is almost the easternmost part of Crete, about an hour's drive from the popular Iraqi Lion and about 4 hours' drive from Hania. If you are going to stay at this hotel from the west, public transportation is too time-consuming and taxis are too expensive. Driving is too hard.

Facilities: Basically perfect. The air conditioner was broken once. Hygienic: Good conditions. There is a large bathroom. Environment: There are no tourists, no business, very quiet and empty. The exclusive beach is not in the hotel, you can find the front desk if you want to go. Service: OK, call and respond.

Elounda Alikes is on the water in the beautiful and quaint town of Elounda. The rooms are above average size with a decent balcony for 2 people. The AC was great as well as the bed. The full bar and restaurant on the property are great and available most of the day and night with friendly and helpful staff. The pool and loungers are comfortable and enjoyable. There are a few restaurants in the same street. It is a 10 minute walk to The Square for more restaurants, bars, taxi stand, boat tours and supermarkets.

A very good hotel. The rooms are beautiful. The girl at the front desk is a true professional—very friendly, sweet, and helpful with everything. Unfortunately, I only stayed for one night. If I had known, I would have stayed longer.

Absolutely loved this resort. Comfortable rooms and beds. The meals were amazing. Lots of buffet options for breakfast and dinner. The area is lovely and the views from every area is stunning. Very helpful friendly staff. Will Definately stay again and highly recommend

Excellent kind personnel and very clean room. Location is at the city center but not on the sea so the particular room had not a great view. Amenities were adequate. A good experience

The hotel is in a great location to the town and the staff were very friendly. I would not recommend the standard room as it was extremely small and felt claustrophobic, we did try to upgrade the day we got there but they were unfortunately fully booked, as a couple with two suitcases there was no room whatsoever and very limited hanging space so had to leave the suitcases open on the floor and climb over them to get around. The air con had mould growing out of it and left the room smelling awful. We were also only given two towels which are only changed once every three days, it would have been nice to get a hand towel so you aren't using the one towel for everything. This is also the case for pool towels they are only changed once every three days. I think the hotel would benefit from an overall refresh, painting etc and the pool to be cleaned more often, although the water was clear there was green mould build up around the sides as well as the white pool loungers. I would not say that our room was 4 stars but that may have been based on the bigger rooms that are available.
