JJIEVery good location, very good building, unfortunately the service was unsatisfactory, check-in waited for a long time, and the service staff ignored and did not help with luggage, and the credit card was charged many times for unknown charges, triggering an alarm.

LLouis MansonThis hotel is very close to the Jerusalem train station, and the transportation is very convenient. You can take the light rail to Jerusalem, which is very convenient. The location of the hotel is worth recommending. The price also includes buffet breakfast for about 1,000 yuan. It is worth staying. This hotel is a four-star hotel, but there is no toothbrush supply, so be sure to bring your own. There are no paper slippers either.

DdyduchA bit disappointed of the hotel, picture looks super nice but in real it’s not like that at all.. room are very dark and super noisy receptionist not very friendly or welcoming, breakfast is fine but on the basement, you don’t really want to stay at the restaurant.. Plus they put tones of conditioner and body lotion but zero shampoo and shower gel. Last thing, zero consideration on sustainability or ecological question (towel or amenities)

GGuest UserThe hotel is ideally located for this boring city for a tourist, a gorgeous view of the bay, a park nearby.
Terrible noise isolation, on Shabbat night, a neighbor gave us a party with dances and songs. Heard his every word clearly. The breakfasts are superb.
The city of Haifa itself is uninteresting and boring, there is nothing to look at, nowhere to walk.
