"The hotel is clean and friendly, but not all the staff behind the bar have the knowledge you should expect. A young man would not have a stick and a plate, while a female colleague would have brought it out without difficulty. If you get that, we advise you to ask for another room as soon as possible. Rooms 101 are small, have no lifting room but a clothing lock and are located on the side of the hotel where you hear the traffic noise of Naples. We received room 306 and this was certainly good. Every time we asked to clean the room was done well. After all, breakfast is also good, but the cappuccino did not really great"

"This hotel belongs to the budget comfort category. The location is very good. It is not too far to walk to the tourist attractions of the old city. It is on a main street and there is a subway station a few hundred meters away. Also close to the train station. Usually there is no service staff at the front desk (on the second floor). Before you arrive, you have to call to make an appointment, and then someone will open the door on the first floor for you and go through the check-in procedure."

"First of all, it's not a hostel, but a hotel in front of the station, and the price is exceptional. Although it was close to the central station, the cobblestone pavement in Naples was so rough that it felt far away (lol).The room was extremely small. I was actually impressed that such a small hotel existed. For some reason, Google Maps pointed me to the back of the hotel, and I was only able to get there after being guided by a local, so I'd better be careful. There's no elevator, so it might be difficult for people with big luggage. The only amenities are shampoo. Also, while I was sleeping, I was bitten by a strange insect in 8 places (I don't think it was a tick since there were no blood-sucking marks...), and on top of that, I got a lot of bites on my right hand, and my right hand was swollen all over 😂 Even though I didn't even scratch it. Isn't it dangerous that the place where you were bitten becomes swollen?
However, all the employees were kind! The free breakfast was also delicious!"

ZZhuyuxixiHotel location is good, less than ten minutes walk from the subway station, the room is very quiet, breakfast is eaten at the coffee shop next to it, the variety is not too much, but it is very fresh, the bread is freshly baked, the juice is very good, from the Diego Maradona stadium I want to go to for ten minutes walk, It is only a few minutes away from the Naples Coast Corridor. After dinner, it is a very good choice to go to the beach. If I go to Naples in the future, I will choose here.

GGuest UserHotel location is brilliant if you want to be close to the Central Station to travel to Pompeii, Herculaneum, Royal Palace, etc as this covered the main line, regional and Metro lines. Any concerns around the area being dodgy were soon dispelled as a Police car and soldiers were always close by. The Hotel was clean, the bed comfortable and staff friendly.
The downsides were really around the restaurant. The evening meal menu was fussy and would not be suitable for families. That said, the location was great as there were lots of good restaurants within a few minutes' walk. The breakfast provided was fairly limited and even though an extra charge was applicable to porridge and other cooked foods, every time I asked for porridge, I was advised that 'it was not possible'. I believe that the hotel should not be charging for these extras, and they should provide what they include on their menus!

GGuest UserEverything was excellent from start to finish. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is simply unbeatable, offering breathtaking views right from the hotel. A special mention goes to the stunning saltwater pool – spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Truly an unforgettable stay, highly recommended.

After confirming the booking and arriving are the area the owner disappears for hours, doesn’t answer texts or phone calls and doesn’t leave anybody in the property to check us in we had to plead with locals to help us get the owners phone number. In addition, when we checked us we had to deal with non English speakers (how do you rent properties internationally without being able to communicate?) and also demanded tax payment in cash even though they carried no change so we ended up paying more than needed. Property itself very nice and clean but I recommend to stay away.

GGuest UserThe location is really good, less than 5 minutes walk from Naples Central Station. But the room is small, there is no refrigerator, and no coffee pot. There is air conditioning. Usually, if there is no coffee pot in the room, you can ask the front desk and they will give you one, but here, they said there is none; and they said there is none in a short answer with a whistle, so it made me feel like I made some ridiculous request. For breakfast, you don't have to pick and choose your own food, but it is delivered through some old man. I think it is a strategy to make you feel self-conscious, but most of it is so tasteless anyway that they don't give anything except croissants. Seriously, I've been to many hotels in many countries, but this is the first time I've seen something like this. Italy itself is an individual country, so I wouldn't come near it, but this is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

As a chain hotel, you can always count on their reliable service. I'll definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it. Plus, it's really close to the airport, just a few minutes away!

GGuest UserThe hotel is incredibly grand, and we were very pleased with the staff’s courteousness; they were incredibly helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Our room had lovely amenities, and our breakfast was, similarly, very nice. Overall, for the price, we recommend it, since everything was very orderly, and we enjoyed our time, as guests in the Palazzo Caracciolo.

We were upgraded to their next door hotel.
Location is quite close (1 metro station to Garibaldi or Napoli Centrale) but the area is quite dirty and felt unsafe.
Hotel room was super clean and facilities were top notch and good value for money. We had breakfast included but we had to leave early morning so didn't take the breakfast.
The main complaint I had was: They kept us waiting telling us that room will be ready in 5 min but took more than 1 hour. Granted we arrived at 12 and we were ready to drop the bag in the storage but they kept on telling will be in 5-10 min. It took them like 75 min to get the room ready. When I confronted them, they were quite unapologetic about it and in fact they were telling that they are doing a favour...
Overall:
Good hotel, good facilities.
Staff was unhelpful and area was dirty.
