GGuest UserTerrible experience with this hotel. After confirming the booking and arriving are the area the owner disappears for hours, doesn’t answer texts or phone calls and doesn’t leave anybody in the property to check us in we had to plead with locals to help us get the owners phone number. In addition, when we checked us we had to deal with non English speakers (how do you rent properties internationally without being able to communicate?) and also demanded tax payment in cash even though they carried no change so we ended up paying more than needed. Property itself very nice and clean but I recommend to stay away.

ZZhuyuxixiHotel location is good, less than ten minutes walk from the subway station, the room is very quiet, breakfast is eaten at the coffee shop next to it, the variety is not too much, but it is very fresh, the bread is freshly baked, the juice is very good, from the Diego Maradona stadium I want to go to for ten minutes walk, It is only a few minutes away from the Naples Coast Corridor. After dinner, it is a very good choice to go to the beach. If I go to Naples in the future, I will choose here.

FFernando CastellanosThe location is excellent and perfect for exploring Naples on foot. The staff was always polite and friendly.
However, there are a few things future guests should know. We were a family of seven traveling with ten pieces of luggage, and no one offered to help us either when we arrived or when we checked out. Since the hotel begins on the third floor and does not occupy the entire building, moving all of our luggage was especially difficult.
I had also requested nearly a month in advance that our three rooms be located together, but this could not be accommodated. The hotel provides only one key per room (a lost key costs €10 to replace), and there is no staff or food service after 10:00 p.m.
Overall, it’s a good hotel thanks to its great location, but the lack of luggage assistance was a significant disappointment, especially for families or guests traveling with multiple suitcases.

TTingI like this hostel very much. The reception is very good and recommended me many routes to visit beautiful Naples. When they learned that I was going to Pompeii, the front desk also recommended routes to me. Their courtyard is the most beautiful courtyard of any hostel I have ever stayed in!

BBichonloverAn expectedly wonderful stay! It was only like 3 minute walk from the central station. I feel quite safe as there were quite often policeman patrolling. There is a supermarket very nearby which you can get all the necessities. The hotel was clean, cozy and spacious. The staffs are very friendly and efficient. And even the breakfast included was superb and tasty. The most important is the price is very reasonable. I would recommend to everyone who will travel to Naples, especially first timer travelers or family travelers who look for somewhere convenient, safe and comfortable.

LLisa1995This hotel boasts a classic style with rich burgundy tones and well-appointed wooden furnishings. It was beautifully decorated for the Christmas holidays. The front desk staff were kind and efficient. Our room was spacious and bright, just as pictured on their website. The continental breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of pastries and cakes, served in a room with a sea view. The location is ideal, perfect for reaching both Piazza del Plebiscito and the various restaurants along the Partenope seafront. Overall, a very positive experience.

CChristutiWhat a wonderful experience!!! The room was just perfect. Extremely spacious room and the tub/jacuzzi was an excellent addition. Bathroom was a comfortable size. Kitchenette was also a wonderful surprise (I don’t remember reading about it when I booked). Mini fridge was perfect to keep water bottle and beverages cold. Very cleaned and beautifully presented. The view from the room was just great and the location couldn’t be more perfect. Walking distance from the port (great as I had planned on visiting Capri and Ischia) and many other sightseeing musts. Also many places to eat and stores around the block. The host was also extremely helpful, charming and attentive. She allowed us to keep our bags in the lobby and do check-in early as we were ready visit and sightsee many places as soon as we got there around noon. She was also of great help after we checked-out, as I accidentally left the car keys in the lobby, I was able to recover them. All in all we had a great experience and time and will definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

Naples, and I am very comfortable with the location of the building: 3 minutes to Port Nolan Station and 10 minutes from Naples Chentrale. Near the location of several supermarkets, one of them Eurospin with good choice of products and low prices. There are bus stops and tram near the hotel.
The hotel is a 3rd floor room with several rooms and kitchens. There are dishes, coffee machine, teapot. Some tables to drink coffee. Rooms are new, with recent repairs and nice design. Good comfortable mattresses, pleasant pillows, new bed linen and towels in enough. In the shower there is always hot water. In the room is a mini-freezer, a toilet table. Every 2 days there is a thorough cleaning, change of towels, refill of bathing. Our room had 2 balconies with a stunning view of the bell and port.
Given that the cost of accommodation is quite low, I think it is excellent conditions of arrival with bonuses in the form of a stunning look.
The hotel staff was very kind and always stayed in touch to help us with both the settlement and all the other issues that arise.
We extended our stay at this hotel for another three days.

AAkemi77Everything about the hotel was wonderful. Check-in was super fast. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast terrace was wonderful. Breakfast was also excellent. It's very close to Naples Centrale station, about a 7-minute walk with a suitcase. It's very convenient for exploring Naples from here. The hills of Naples are wonderful, both for the people and the sights. The area around the station is home to some rather unsavory characters; there are many of them, and it's best not to walk around that area in the dark. But the hotel doesn't hide its location near the station. The prices at the bar are very reasonable. I've also walked around the station area alone, even after dark, and everything was fine. There's a heavy police presence in the area, patrolling the streets.
