Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. We only had one night here so didn't get to appreciate the surroundings and facilities. Amazing staff at reception on arrival and at breakfast (such a wonderful lady who helped us with all our orders) Lovely, clean, and fresh room. **The only issue I have is the shower, its fine with the blind down and lights off but if you wasnt with a partner, it could be quite embarrassing Will visit again

Gostámos imenso das instalações e do serviço, especialmente dos funcionários do restaurante Green, apesar de estar muito cheio, nunca faltava nada no buffet e a qualidade da comida era muito boa. O staff estava sempre muito activo e pronto a ajudar. A piscina é excelente, pena que o tempo não ajudou muito, para poder usufruir. Recomendo.

But Portugal is convenient to take a taxi. The only bad point is that one day we hung up the sign that needed cleaning, but we came back at night and found that there was no. People came to clean the room. We thought no one would come to clean before we checked out. We didn't take the sign back, but we didn't expect the room service to knock on the door the next day. The WiFi in our room was a bit sketchy so we asked to move rooms and they allowed us, the place was beautiful and the pool was really nice too.
