No need to say, the hotel is excellent. Its central location makes everything accessible.

A magnificent hotel in every way. The rooms are very comfortable, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. I requested a room on the upper floors, they did not refuse my request and prepared a very nice room. The reception answers all your questions and needs, they are very attentive and friendly. The hotel is in the heart of Tunali, safe and within walking distance to important points. Thanks to housekeeping ( especially to Cigdem), room service and all the staff at the reception.

Our stay at Radisson Blu Ankara was a mixed experience. Honestly, I had a bit of trouble understanding why it's a 5-star hotel. In Turkey, you sometimes question whether just having alcohol service is enough to qualify for 5 stars. Despite being cleaned daily, the rooms were quite dry and dusty. Whenever we first entered the room, there was always dust on the glass tables, which negatively impacted our initial impression. We had to change rooms at 2 AM because they had heated our room so much, and there was no cooling available in winter, so our baby and we couldn't sleep due to the heat. Despite all this, the staff were genuinely wonderful. They were all very helpful and attentive, which allowed us to tolerate what could have been a much worse experience. I'd easily give the staff 5 stars, but in my opinion, the hotel's overall condition is at most a 3-star level.

The hotel was conveniently located near Armada AVM. It had basic amenities and is an average hotel. There was no smart tv in the room we booked and most of the leisure services were paid, despite not clearly being listed on this app. Room was comfortable but AC wasn't operating so it was quite hot. There are events right outside the hotel which consists of loud music throughout the night. Breakfast buffet was absolutely delightful and had plenty of great options. Overall, an average experience that was comfortable enough for us and had good breakfast which made it worthwhile.

O kadar keyif aldığımız bir oteldi ki. Gerçekten Ankara’da bir çok kez konaklamış biri olarak eğer seyahatinizi keyifli ve özel bir hale getirmek isterseniz hiç düşünmeden tercih edebilirsiniz. Otelin rahmi Koç müzesine ücretsiz erişimi var. Bizim için güzle bir deneyim oldu. Bulunduğu konum gerçekten kendinizi turist gibi hissedebileceğiniz bir bölgenin tam kalbinde. Otel eksiksiz haritaydı. Kahvaltısı çok yeterliydi. Yorumlara bakarak restoranını tercih ettik akşam yemeği için tek olumsuz deneyimimiz o oldu. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Lezzet olarak Ankara’da her yerde yiyebileceğiniz yemeklerdi hiç bir ekstrası ne yazık ki yoktu.

Beş yıldızlı bir otel donanımı yok,banyo havluları yüz havlusundan biraz büyük rengi gri olmuş incelmiş ve zımpara gibi olmuş böyle havlu kasaba otelinde misafire verilmez ayıptır, çarşaflar,yataklar, yastıklar hepsi 2 yıldızlı bir otel gibi , gerçekten inanılmaz kötü. Ayrıca oda servisinden söylediğiniz bir soda yı bile oda hesabına yaşamayız, peşin almamız gerekiyor diyerek misafiri rencide edici davranışları var. Misafir bir sodanin parasını ödemeden kaçacak ya....

Everything is perfect for a one night stop over in Ankara. The parking is very tight, but the parking staff were very helpful. Overall, we are very happy.

This is an old place that used to be decent back in the days (or at least I think it was). Location is okay, there are few good restaurants and stores if you want to buy something to eat/drink. About negatives: 1) Wrong photos for rooms - you book one room and expecting certain features present, but in reality they show photos of deluxe room on every option. So if you want to have for example a table and chair to work, you have to pay more for upgrade. I do not know if it is intentional or not. 2) Breakfast. It is not great and price is misleading - page shows 1 euro per breakfast, yet in reality hotel requests 8-9 euro (why not just state the correct price from the start I have no idea) 3) Sanitation. I got bitten by ticks or fleas in 2 rooms!! and got serious allergy reaction later (this is statement from my doctor, with which I was forced to make an appointment) I had to leave hotel for another option, granted they refunded the rest of unused days of my stay. I think hotel should organize general disinfection and pesticide as it is unacceptable when your guests suffer like this.

there was nobody to talk in English and the reception actually do nothing because they don't understand English. there was no internet in the room and also bad connection in the lobby .
