First off, the location is unbeatable. The hotel is right next to [subway entrance/attraction], and it’s just a few minutes' walk to [shopping district/famous attraction], which is incredibly convenient for tourists.
Secondly, the service was truly touching. The front desk staff, [Mr. Wang/Ms. Li], were warm and thoughtful. Since we arrived early, they very kindly prioritized arranging a room for us. During check-in, they provided a detailed introduction to the hotel facilities and nearby dining options, and were happy to answer all our questions.
Most importantly, the room facilities were a pleasant surprise. It looked exactly like the promotional photos – very clean and tidy. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too firm, so we slept very comfortably. The toiletries were of good quality, and the hot water flow was quick and stable. Little details like [the free mini-bar, smart toilet, and large floor-to-ceiling windows] significantly enhanced the quality of our stay.

GGuest UserThe reception service is nice and helpful. The room is spacious, but it’s not very clean. Some hair stuck in bathroom. The fitness is good but need to pay 250tl extra. The location is little far from city centre. It’s around 17 minutes to the metro station on foot.
