Просто волшебный отель. Расположен в парке. Чистый , вкусный воздух, полное умиротворение. Еда в ресторане восхитительная. Персонал вежливый, отзывчивый (немного подучить английский). Бассейн чистый, большой , очень комфортный. Минус один-нет меню на английском. В остальном очень довольны, вернулись бы сюда ещё и будем рекомендовать всем.

Our stay at Ceylan Splend'or Uludağ was truly unforgettable and exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt luxurious, peaceful, and perfectly designed for relaxation. The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and located in a stunning mountain setting. The rooms are spacious, modern, and extremely clean, with breathtaking views from the balcony — waking up to the snowy mountains was magical. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, always making sure our stay was comfortable and special. The facilities, including the spa, pool, and common areas, are top-class and add to the overall premium experience. I like the hotel. ,very quiet and clean. The receptionist girl is a beautiful Turkish lady and we talked a lot about different touristic places such as Cappadocia, Göbeklitepe, etc etc , ona çok seviyorum !

Nice stay overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was modern and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities were good. The only downside was the location, which is a bit far from the main areas. Other than that, everything was fine and I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was spotless, the staff were very polite and friendly. Tea time and treats were much better and delicious than we expected. Well done to the chef. Creating a quiet area in the spa section is a very good idea, but in this section we once encountered a family with children aged 3-4, and once we encountered interesting guests jumping into the pool. Fortunately, their fun (!) did not last long. Maybe it would be good if there was a staff member in the spa department who monitors such situations from time to time and warns them if necessary. Secondly, it was extremely hot everywhere in the spa area. The water is already quite warm, steam room, sauna etc. We also use it, but when the ambient temperature is around 30-35 degrees, it gets a little overwhelming. Also, the temperature of both pools is high, only the jacuzzi in the quiet area is a little cooler, I wish there was a thermal pool and a normal pool instead. There are food and beverages, markets, taxis, etc. around the hotel. options available. We went as a group of friends and had a great time. It's a hotel I would definitely consider going back to. Çok güzel  bir otel. Yalnızca klima sesi bazen rahatsız edebiliyor onun haricinde kusursuzdu.

I have been to many hotels as a usual traveler but this one was so unique .The hotel has a very good location , close to everywhere : mini bus , bus , restaurants, Gorukle center , Trio AVM , the stuff gave me a very nice room , very clean , they are ready to help anytime , the staff can speak English , I found all amenities I need with extra as well , they even offer a good and rich breakfast, the view is just wonderful from the 6 th floor , there a relief once you go inside the room , so calm and so relaxing, they take all cautions due to the pandemic . I would give all stars to this hotel , an amazing stay , I would come here again for sure , I love it .

The hotel is a little unsatisfactory and close to the highway, there is no own parking, but it wasn't a problem because it was quiet on the street. The hotel has a very nice hot atmosphere inside and design. We didn't use spa but its rooms were clean and wide. They have a pleasant design and ease. There were only white sleeves in a box we didn't want to use it. Besides, we had kettle bags of tea, water and granules in our coffee room. I'll come back with the soaps and the little stuff in the toilet, with a very sweet thought. It was the only type of breakfast but it was enough

Very average, the most run-down Sheraton I've ever stayed in. I didn't read the information carefully when I checked in, and I didn't realize I hadn't registered for the executive lounge until I checked in. The curtains in the room fell off as soon as I pulled them. I'm sure I'm definitely not the first one to have them fall off. They were fixed quickly, but I don't understand why such an obvious problem can't be solved systematically? The only thing I think is good is the executive lounge, the view and food are all good, and the hotel has a Turkish bath experience + sauna room.

You can walk in a quiet way from the hotel (Uludağ University Station) to the city centre (City Coast/Ulucami Hanlar District Station) without entering traffic by metro line/parking place without need to search. The hotel's old Holiday Inn has only changed its business/name. We stayed in the Executive room, ga*** was comfortable and comfortable. The service was good, but two of us said they were returned to our requests immediately. Thank you for the quality importance they give to staff's client satisfaction ...
