"The room design is novel and the space is sufficient. I like the bathroom with separate wet and dry designs, which is very convenient. The hotel is located near a shopping mall, about a 10-minute walk. There are many restaurants inside. You can stroll around for a while before returning to the hotel after dinner."

VVrnakWe were extremely happy with our stay. We were passing through on our way to Florida. The hotel is a fantastic spot to rest after a long drive. Rooms were large and very clean. The beds were comfortable and there is a ton of stuff to do around the area. We were very happy with the receptionist who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable about the area, and checked us in very quickly. We will 100% stay again.

GGuest UserThis hotel is nice. Staff is pleasant. No one seems to go above and beyond. Most of the staff I encountered were mediocre at best. It's an acceptable stay. No bells and whistles. The location probably makes it a better stay than it would be if it were anywhere else. It's in the hub of everything. Malls, plenty of shopping and restaurants. It's a slight step up from it's neighbor, Hotel indigo. Overall, it was just ok.

KK.W. HAUI have stayed once in 2016, this second stay. After so many years of decoration equipment has not changed, it looks a bit old, but everything is clean! The equipment in the fitness room is also enough! There are also many restaurants within walking distance, I will recommend the pizza next to it.

GGuest UserEmployees were nice/professional. Lvngrm furniture looked 2nd hand in all rooms. We had 2 be moved 2x. Rm 1 smelled smokey, Rm 2 heat didnt work. Parking cost 25% of room

GGuest UserRooms were clean, just a little average/outdated compared to the new lobby. Beds are firm but comfortable. Microwave and fridge inside room. It’s about a 20 minute drive into the city depending on traffic but for the price of the room it was worth it for us as we rented a car anyway. Parking lot was also free to use. Did not use the pools and decided to pass on the restaurant so cannot speak on those. The staff however was amazing, especially Tonya! So sweet and friendly. Montana was also very welcoming.
