The golden bull logo at the hotel entrance is quite eye-catching. The decor is high-end and luxurious, with a spacious and bright lobby. We booked a package deal and extended our stay, and they upgraded us directly to a suite. The room features a living room and a bedroom, complete with a walk-in closet and a vanity table. The bathroom has a double vanity, separate toilet and shower, and a bathtub. The living room includes a small kitchen equipped with an induction hob, microwave, and a capsule coffee machine. "I read a lot of reviews before coming here and was a bit worried, but to my surprise, the hotel was excellent! The service was warm and accommodating; they went above and beyond. My flight was delayed, and I didn't arrive until after midnight, but the hotel was incredibly thoughtful. They had already turned on the air conditioning and placed an air purifier in the room beforehand. The breakfast was also good, a nice mix of Western and Chinese options. The hotel's afternoon tea was lovely too. For the first two days, I was out exploring for extended periods and almost missed the opportunity to enjoy it. Later, when I extended my stay, they were very considerate in helping me switch rooms and move my luggage. I highly recommend this place; you can book with confidence!"

The hotel offers all kinds of delicious food for home and abroad guests in its featured restaurants, no need to walk away from the hotel, meanwhile lots of Chengdu famous snacks and authentic hot pot shops are scattered around the hotel if you want to feel local taste.

"A very satisfying stay! We brought our child from Chongqing to Chengdu to see the giant pandas. Xiao Qin at the front desk and Xiao Yi from housekeeping were incredibly warm and attentive. When checking in, the front desk gave us direct bus tickets to the Panda Breeding Research Base, which was super convenient. The next morning at 8:30 AM, there was a bus right outside the hotel that took us directly there. Given the recent heatwave warning, they thoughtfully provided extra water, showing concern for our well-being. Due to our itinerary, on the third morning, we took our child to the Chengdu Museum, and afterwards, we planned to take them to Guanghan to see the Sanxingdui site. They proactively asked if we needed a late check-out or wanted to extend our stay, which really took the stress out of worrying about check-out times. The free panda bus tickets were a nice touch. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Wangfujing Mall, Chunxi Road, IFC, and Taikoo Li. Highly recommend! It will definitely be my first choice for future stays! I didn't take many photos, so I can only piece together what I have. The second picture is the hotel's second-floor afternoon tea and breakfast restaurant."

"The facilities are complete, hygiene is up to standard, and the service is excellent (special shout-out to Li Xuda, the lobby greeter, for his proactive service). We booked a river/bridge view room, which had a great location, but the view itself was just average. Of course, this isn't the hotel's fault, but since they highlighted it as a special feature and it didn't meet expectations, I couldn't give a perfect score."

This resort had put in a lot of effort in alot of small details and for people who want to rest and rejuvenate this is the best place. 小沈and 小孟had been really helpful! We did a dampness removal massage there together and have one of the best sleep ever. We also tried out the floating sound therapy and they gave us two coupons for the afternoon tea, the tofu pudding was so good. Thank you for the wonderful stay well done and keep it up.

Booked this hotel last minute after a late game of golf, and I was incredibly, incredibly impressed! **Environment:** Arrived at night, and the drive felt quite remote, down small lanes. I actually thought I'd taken a wrong turn or that the hotel wouldn't be great. But once I arrived, I was absolutely blown away! It was so quiet~ So comfortable~ It even had a private plunge pool~ Extremely peaceful at night, I really loved the ecological style here~ **Service:** Excellent **Facilities:** The room was fully equipped, and the welcome fruit was also a very nice touch.

The room was spacious and tidy, consistent with Marriott's usual quality. The mattress had just the right firmness. The room faced the Financial District's twin towers, offering an incredibly expansive view through the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. I could lie in bed and watch the city's nightscape – it was a fantastic experience!

The room itself was beautifully decorated, but the biggest surprise was the excellent hotel service, especially from Lotus, our concierge. Not only did she help me receive a delivery, but she also looked after the fresh produce it contained and even helped me carry things up and down. She deserves a special shout-out, as she really kicked off my trip to Chengdu and the snowy mountains on a high note!

I had to change my booking last minute and ended up at the Yazi Hotel, thankfully avoiding the issues I've heard about Atour. It was definitely the right decision! The hotel's decor is incredibly stylish and upscale, and both the room amenities and service are top-notch, truly five-star quality. My room had fantastic natural light from all sides, with three floor-to-ceiling windows offering amazing city views. The location is excellent, making it super convenient to visit nearby attractions. In the evening, I checked out the Liyuan Theater at Wenshu Monastery and watched an authentic Sichuan opera performance – it really completed the travel experience and set the perfect mood for my trip.

This stay was incredibly satisfying! The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around by taxi and finding places to eat. Upon check-in, you're greeted with a coffee and a craft beer. The room was spotlessly clean, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and a full set of toiletries. The front desk staff were very friendly, and check-in and check-out were quick. The facilities are well-maintained, offering fantastic value for money. Definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling.

My stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Chengdu for my entire trip to Chengdu far exceeded my expectations! The hotel is located right in the heart of Tianfu Square, with direct subway access to all major attractions, making getting around incredibly convenient. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities and a complimentary minibar. The soundproofing in the bustling downtown area was excellent, and the bedding was soft and comfortable for a good night's sleep. I especially want to thank Guest Relations Ella. During check-in, she thoughtfully recommended local food, and patiently and meticulously assisted with luggage storage inquiries and travel routes. She followed up on all my needs throughout my stay, and her kind and professional service made my trip feel extra warm. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Chengdu!

I came to Chengdu with my classmate this time. Since we're not yet adults, I was a bit worried about checking in, but it turns out I was completely overthinking it. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and patient. Instead of being dismissive because of our age, they were very considerate of our feelings throughout, and it felt really good to be treated with such respect. The city view from the room was absolutely stunning, with a super wide vista. Looking out the window at night, the city's splendor was laid out before us. Every picture we took was like a professional shot, and we spent ages taking photos by the window. Of course, as a well-established five-star hotel that's been open for some years, some of the facilities do feel a little dated compared to those trendy new hotels that just opened. However, this didn't affect the overall stay at all. The bedding was very comfortable, and the hygiene was excellent. The minor flaws don't detract from the overall quality. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I truly felt the expected standards and warmth of the Ritz-Carlton. Thank you to all the Ritz-Carlton staff! (。・ω・。)つ🌷

Six Senses Qing Cheng Mountain

The environment is truly amazing, no complaints there. Even though the decor is a bit old, it's very well-maintained. They offer two cleaning services daily. The turndown service was a bit rigid, though. We were two adults with a small child in a king-sized bed, no extra bed, so we asked for an additional single duvet. Every night, the double duvet was neatly turned down, and the single one folded up… clearly, one adult was sleeping with the child in the double bed, and the other adult was using the single duvet, right? It was a bit frustrating. It's easy to get lost walking around, and you often need to call for a car. Sometimes, like during breakfast or check-out, it can be a little inconvenient. When we were leaving, we called for a car to pick up our luggage. We were on the second floor with no elevator, only stairs. We waited a long time, and then the butler said the person was downstairs. We waited a bit more, and my ride-sharing car to the high-speed rail station was almost here – I was so anxious! I rushed out of the room and saw the staff member leisurely strolling, looking at their phone, in no hurry at all… Ugh… I honestly wanted to yell at them. I told them I was in a hurry, but they still didn't speed up, muttering something about the butler giving them the wrong room number… The butler service was good, though. When we went to the front section of Mount Qingcheng, she proactively offered to take us through the side entrance to the shuttle station for the scenic area, and also offered to pick us up there on our return. That was great. However, whenever I messaged her on WeChat to ask something, or to call a car, or open the side gate, she wouldn't reply after I'd sent the message. Just a simple 'received' would have put my mind at ease, right? But no… Every time, she'd rush me to call her instead… Sigh… Regarding the service, you could say I'm nitpicking a bit, but for a high-end luxury place, it just felt like it was missing something. The minibar was free, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was just okay; compared to the 800 RMB breakfast we had in Chunxi Road, Chengdu, apart from the setting, the food wasn't significantly different… Sigh… But if you ask me if I'd choose Six Senses again if I came back to Mount Qingcheng, I probably would… After all, the emotional value was still delivered, and overall, it was comfortable.

This was my first time staying at a W hotel in Chengdu, and perhaps my expectations were a bit too high as I wasn't completely blown away. That said, it definitely lives up to its reputation as a good high-end hotel. The location is excellent for business travelers, with many companies nearby. The area is also quite lively in the evenings, with lots of stylish young people around, and you can see the Twin Towers right outside. The room was spacious and the facilities were good, with comfortable bedding. My only minor complaint is that the view faced a residential complex, which isn't as open as what you'd get at the Waldorf Astoria. The breakfast, however, was fantastic – varied, fresh, and with plenty of authentic Sichuan snacks. Highly recommend!
