AAnonymous UserWe upgraded to have breakfast for $60. The hotel upgrade is to executive and free appetizer. So we got 4 free appetizers for free. Perfect location in downtown Houston. We”ll stay again next time. Their breakfast are really good as well

KK. JonesyThe young man that checked me in was unbelievably nice. The hotel room is huge as well as the bathroom. There are many restaurants located close by and the highways were easily accessible. There is a parking deck that you have to swipe in and out of but luckily I was offered free parking since it was my first time to Houston.

FFeitianxiaohemaThe room is very big, super big, the bathroom and toilet are separated, there is also a coffee machine, microwave, and bathtub. But the bed is not very good, it creaks when turning over, and it doesn't feel very stable. The breakfast variety is relatively small, so you can only eat casually.
It is close to the airport, but at the same time, the bad thing is that if you go to bed early, the roar of the planes flying overhead is very loud.
Facilities: Except for the bed, everything else is good
But I feel that this decoration is relatively expensive. I wonder if it is so expensive near the airport!

There was a microwave in the room, so you could buy pre-made meals at the nearby Whole Foods and heat them up.
The location is near Rice University.
The hotel doesn't have free parking, but there is parking available on the street around the corner, which is decent.

GGuest UserThe overall stay was ok. However the bar being closed over the Weekend was very poor. Pool closed because of seasonal issue. There were hardly any staff members around for any assistance. WiFi was there but not explained anywhere.
I now understand why President Trimp wants to change the water pressure for showers. That should be called a rain mist washing facility, not really a shower.
Once in a while the elevator did not work.
The price was ok. It was generally very quiet.
I would come again. Just would nor expect anything extraordinary.

GGuest UserHas soon as I got into the room the TV wasn't working and there were no instructions on how to work it. When I tried calling the front desk to no one answered. I called several times and still no one answered. I had to finally walk down to the front desk to get someone to talk with. I was told how to get it to work and then was told I would have to this EVERY time I turned on the TV. I was also very disappointed the the ”free breakfast.” It was only pancakes, no other options or fresh fruit. I would have rather paid a bit more for a better experience. Wasn't worth the headaches.

GGuest UserThe location is very good. It is a 3-minute drive from NASA Space Center. The room is 703, you can see the clear lake, and you can see the hen 🐔 the camel chick 🐥 from afar.
Breakfast is American classic, there should be some. Fruit rich
The facilities in the room are very old. If you have basic requirements for the facilities, you can not choose this hotel.
Parking is free, 15 minutes drive from Walmart and target.
The surrounding area is foggy at night, so be careful when driving.
