這家酒店實在令人失望，完全辜負了它所謂“五星級”
1.大堂接待體驗差
酒店大堂接待處面積過於狹小，人手嚴重不足。無論是辦理入住還是退房，每天都需要大排長龍，準時退房卻要浪費大量時間等待，非常耽誤後續行程，完全沒有高端酒店應有的效率。
2.早餐糟糕
自助早餐的種類少，味道也很普通，但更糟糕的是服務質量差到讓人無法忍受。在用餐過程中稍微離開座位拿點飲品，回來時發現餐具被清理得衹剩下刀。向服務員索要又子和勺子時，居然被要求自己去找。而且，服務人員態度散漫，專注於互相閑聊，卻刻意迴避與客人的眼神接觸，想叫他們幫忙需要等很久。這樣的服務實在讓人無法接受。
3.❗️退房亂扣按金
退房後亂扣信用卡預授權費用。在入住時就登記有郵件和電話的前提下，一聲不吭的扣掉近400澳元的費用，卻沒有任何費用明細發送給我。至今不知道費用源自於哪。我們按時退房，且迷你吧衹消費了兩瓶果汁，完全不清楚為何被扣款。發現銀行動賬訊息後向酒店發送郵件，還沒有得到回覆，極不負責任。
4.房間體驗差
房間正對着工地，毫無景色可言。想要景色的請千萬不要來這家酒店！這樣的居住體驗，實在令人失望。
5.接駁區規劃失敗
酒店門口的接駁上下客區域設計極其糟糕，完全沒有提前分流臨時出租車和代客泊車的車道，導致各種車輛堵在一起，水泄不通。每次打車都需要等很久，眼看着自己的車就在附近，卻遲遲開不過來，嚴重影響出行效率。
總之悉尼有很多景色更好，地段更佳且服務優秀的酒店，別選這家可笑的“五星”酒店，不專業的團隊，悉尼的恥辱！
