Tried out new concept with M Qube & it turned a pleasant stay. It is clean & well maintained in all areas. You will get all basic that needed after check-in and in your own cube. Locked locker provided also which no need worry your belongings with no where store but suggested for small/medium size only. Great ME-Time spent in own cube. You will have shared bathroom and it is acceptable clean level. Just to watch up that your amenities shower tray will be get wet if using standing rain shower head as it will spill all around. Location ok as there is a food court next to the building and the price is reasonable. I think gotten my second home to stay in whenever visit Penang 😊 Will be back soon!

This was our 1st time at Amari Spice but from the on set was a bad experience. Driving into the hotel I could not drive to the lobby entrance to drop my family & luggage as it was blocked for some reason best known to Amari. Security at the entrance was of no help & I ended up blocking the way of a car at the back. What was supposed to be destress trip, started off on bad note. Anyway cursing Amari Spice for being worst than a 1 star hotel, I reversed back into the lobby entrance. Told this bad experience while checking in to the front office staff but they were not bothered  Going to the room found the mattress to be too soft sinking when you lay down & the air cond temp tops up at 26.5 degress, not everyone likes the room super cold. These 2 shortcomings are something that you wld not find in a 4 or 5 star hotels but looks like Amari is still figuring out where they stand. Even many 3 star hotels are better. Moving to the shower both rain & hand shower water flow was dispointing at best with temperature regulation being a challenge. Since my home is at Bukit Jambu & the main reason of chosing Amari was to destress, which was not possible with the said room conditions, I had to leave my family both nights to head home to rest. The matteress, shower & air cond at home the best. Wondering how Amari claims to be home away from home. On a good note the staff were courteous & friendly. Inclosing would I stay at Amari Spice again. NO.

Made a last minute booking at this hotel; for a one night stay. Arrived in the evening; yeah they ad the rooms ready. Staff were decent. Good size lobby. The room Got the rooms on the 3rd floor. There is a lift; so easy to go up. Small room. Toilet seems big for budget hotel. Towel was superb; fluffy and fresh. Good hot shower with good water pressure. Just the air condition was not that cold at all. Moving around is easy with Grab. There are many food store nearby. Overall, this place is decent if you have things to do in Bayan or Airport area. Just dont expect much.

Overall a good stay. Choose this hotel for its proximity to an event attending nearby, and I found the location to be very convenient. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, meeting my expectations. Overall, the service was good, making it a pleasant stay.

This hotel is located near the Bayan Lepas International Airport which is very convenient to air travelers. Parking is easy and close to the building. The plus point of this hotel is the room which is large and spacious. The cafe is easily accessable and the prices are reasonable. You must try their mi goreng sotong......The serving is huge and tasty. Front office staff are helpful and friendly and for the present room rate they are charging, it is worth for a second visit. Booked for my family of 7 for one night on 26th Dec. Arrived at 5pm but unfortunately the apartment wasn't ready. We finally managed to check in at 6.30pm and allowed for late checkout at 4pm next day. Due to the pandemic situation, limited numbers of guests can use the pool at one time. Completely understandable. The management created, for my opinion, an irrelevant SOP for the pool. When checking in u need to book time to use the pool. Only 10person per hour. By the time the 10th group checked in, the pool booking already full. When i visited the pool the next morning, the group that booked the pool for the hour didn't show up & the pool left empty because people who didn't managed to book the pool earlier were denied entry & the people who booked did not show up. Should've make First In First Out rule. I did raised my concern twice to the reception & also manager on duty. They said they cannot do anything about the rule. Most of the guests were family with kids, of course all want to enjoy the pool. The pool booking system/SOP was absurd. The apartment was superb though. But the elevators does not make sense. And as an accommodation by the beach, would appreciate if you can provide some kind of facilities so that guests can clean themselves after enjoying the beach so the lobby won't be as messy. Your security guard locked the tap water at the beach entrance. I guess my stay would be much better if it wasn't the long weekend, but you guys can improve. Apartment was excellent, i got the sea view one. Your staff were good & patient.

Location is strategic and near beach , but sound proofing is not so good , as you can hear people talk , walking above or beside your unit or if your room is facing main entrance road , you able to hear the car passing sound , most importantly the cup when we trying to use , we notice there still have stain and lipstick stain on it , this is gross and did not use water bottle , it provide tap filter water from toilet although is filter but is not convenient and not hygiene .

This is my second time staying in this hotel within less than 3months! I just love it And I’m fact this time I came with my sister’s family as well and they are equally love it! The staff are very friendly and professional! As the hotel has high occupancy rate, we had problem with hotel parking however the hotel security manage to help and accommodate our needs! That’s what we look for when you come for vacation comfort and friendly people around you! Just look at the pictures that I took from my room! Can you beat that? It is just wow experience Will I come back again? You bet ❤️

We booked 3 bedroom family suite.we got room with seaview.the service is good.breakfast food is decent.room is clean.but we found quite a number of semut charlie.luckily notice and kill the semut charlie before the kids.swimming pool is large and okay (not too chlorinated as kids didnt felt itchy and sore eyes).just the drawback is thay while staying on saturday, that night the bass sound/music is so soooo loud, coming from beside hotel/resort.i heard they having weekend barbeque party.Anyhow we quite satisfied with our staying here.Keep up the good work !

A lepak hotel to relax and stay away from busy city life and noisy people. Room big and clean. Bed and pillow comfortable that I don't want to wake up. Service is friendly and amenities are delivered fast to the room when requested. Towel is big and clean. Soap and shampoo by crabtree. But I expect better quality bed slippers and toothbrush/toothpaste considering it's doubletree Breakfast buffet was delicious with a good spread. Come early after morning pray to avoid noisy people. Pool big and clean. But come early to avoid noisy kids and irritating people. Near the beach if you want to swim salty, just cross the overbridge. Far Away from busy georgetown, airport and main attractions. But convenient and affordable to grab around.
