This hotel is located near the Bayan Lepas International Airport which is very convenient to air travelers. Parking is easy and close to the building. The plus point of this hotel is the room which is large and spacious. The cafe is easily accessable and the prices are reasonable. You must try their mi goreng sotong......The serving is huge and tasty. Front office staff are helpful and friendly and for the present room rate they are charging, it is worth for a second visit. Overall a good stay. Choose this hotel for its proximity to an event attending nearby, and I found the location to be very convenient. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, meeting my expectations. Overall, the service was good, making it a pleasant stay.

Made a last minute booking at this hotel; for a one night stay. Arrived in the evening; yeah they ad the rooms ready. Staff were decent. Good size lobby. The room Got the rooms on the 3rd floor. There is a lift; so easy to go up. Small room. Toilet seems big for budget hotel. Towel was superb; fluffy and fresh. Good hot shower with good water pressure. Just the air condition was not that cold at all. Moving around is easy with Grab. There are many food store nearby. Overall, this place is decent if you have things to do in Bayan or Airport area. Just dont expect much.

I place 3 star for cleanliness as I can smell body sweat smell once I enter the room and also along my floor corridor.
It’s probably from the unchanged bed sheets / quilt cover as I was told if the guests didn’t ask to change the bed sheets it won’t be replaced.
There’s is a card that you have to place on the bed if you have your room for make up.
But the towels also has this bad smell even though it’s new.
Perhaps Eastin Hotel Penang has to change who does their laundry.

I stayed at Cititel Express hotel Georgetown and the towels got no bad smells , and even though their room is smaller but at least the bed sheets are fresh and no sweat smell.
Breakfast buffet is excellent - all is ok except I want to recommend to not make the quiche base sweet…. It’s supposed to be savoury ( it was mushroom and tomato filling ) so why you make it sweet??

It was a very bad experience to check in here. First day when check in my room, the cleaning was too bad as picture I provide 1-7.used face mask hang at the cabinet,used face mask on top of the cabinet, tower at floor, tissue at floor,stain in the cup.unknow stain in the toilet, blood on the pillow case, snack at the floor. when staff come over the room also can't accept this happen. Very appreciate night shift staff help me to change another room for one night.(this was my room) Picture 8 is my fren room, tissue and sugar paper hidden beside bed.and the room full of u know smell. But my fren was not change the room, just ask tomorrow must come to do cleaning. 2nd day morning me move back to previous room..my room is ok, but my fren room been ask to do cleaning, cleaner report done cleaning.. But even we go out for half day and back to hotel..their never do any cleaning to my fren room. The tissue and sugar paper are still there...we do complain again.and staff change another 2 room to us immediately. OK fine, change the room again.. But my room toilet tower was totally wet as picture 9... I really don't know what to said... We pay 4days 3 night almost 520 per person... But we get this experience.. Do hope deview management can really double check the room was clean and tidy before let customer live in and make sure the cleaner do well all their job since now are still pendemic covid 19... Anyway, their staff was very helpful and appreciated for their good attitude and friendly attention.

To be honest, the hotel is very nice. The sea view, atmosphere, and facilities are all great. The room is spacious, and the kids were happy during our stay.
However, one thing that upset us was a staff member at the front desk. There was a girl who wasn’t friendly, and her arrogant tone was really off-putting. Like, hello? We paid for our stay!
Other than that, the food was excellent. The hotel could use more activities, though, as it gets a bit boring after two days, especially since there are no nearby stalls or shops.
Overall, it’s good and highly recommended for people looking for a less crowded, more private hotel experience.

Took my mom on our annual Penang trip with the family. I like the old-school charm the Bayview hotel offers. The room is super spacious. We have three big beds and two balconies. The premise is a beach front property,so you got direct access to the beach. There's plenty of sun deck chairs scattered on the clean, grassy lawn. I love the pool because it's rare to find a hotel pool with 12 feet depth, so while the shallower area is crowded, I get a bit of personal space by the deep pool. It's easy access to food and shopping area.

Location is strategic and near beach ,
but sound proofing is not so good , as you can hear people talk , walking above or beside your unit or if your room is facing main entrance road , you able to hear the car passing sound , most importantly the cup when we trying to use , we notice there still have stain and lipstick stain on it , this is gross and did not use water bottle , it provide tap filter water from toilet although is filter but is not convenient and not hygiene .

I am very satisfied with everything, especially the swimming pool. I have changed to many hotels in Penang and this is the most enjoyable one. The room is not luxurious, but it is simple, neat and clean. There is Chinese service at the front desk. There are not many types of breakfast, but it tastes good. The omelette corner is a bit overwhelmed and seems too busy. If you don't have breakfast, you won't feel that there is so much in this hotel. people. . . Every waiter smiles sincerely.
The location is not far from the ferry station, and a taxi costs 6 ringgit. There is a recycled seafood restaurant near the hotel. You must try it. It is so delicious. It is the kind of local seafood restaurant that is always crowded.

GGuest UserThis was our 1st time at Amari Spice but from the on set was a bad experience. Driving into the hotel I could not drive to the lobby entrance to drop my family & luggage as it was blocked for some reason best known to Amari. Security at the entrance was of no help & I ended up blocking the way of a car at the back. What was supposed to be destress trip, started off on bad note. Anyway cursing Amari Spice for being worst than a 1 star hotel, I reversed back into the lobby entrance. Told this bad experience while checking in to the front office staff but they were not bothered Going to the room found the mattress to be too soft sinking when you lay down & the air cond temp tops up at 26.5 degress, not everyone likes the room super cold. These 2 shortcomings are something that you wld not find in a 4 or 5 star hotels but looks like Amari is still figuring out where they stand. Even many 3 star hotels are better. Moving to the shower both rain & hand shower water flow was dispointing at best with temperature regulation being a challenge. Since my home is at Bukit Jambu & the main reason of chosing Amari was to destress, which was not possible with the said room conditions, I had to leave my family both nights to head home to rest. The matteress, shower & air cond at home the best. Wondering how Amari claims to be home away from home. On a good note the staff were courteous & friendly. Inclosing would I stay at Amari Spice again. NO.

NNurnazidaOur stay at this hotel was fantastic. The unit we stayed in was impressively spacious, providing ample room for everyone to relax comfortably. Each room came with its own shower, which was a great convenience and added to our overall comfort. The view from the hotel was stunning, offering a beautiful backdrop throughout our stay.
The breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of selections that made it well worth the price. The quality and range of options ensured that everyone in our family found something they enjoyed.
Overall, we had an incredibly enjoyable stay. A special thank you to the hotel staff for making my parents feel happy and well-cared-for. We genuinely appreciated the excellent service and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

He is a gracious and wonderful host! I arrived to have a look at the rooms a week before check in and Mr Zaid graciously showed us a few rooms. On the day of check in, my friend’s credit card was declined but Mr Zaid allowed us to check in anyway and said we could pay later. Unbelievable!! He even offered us free parking throughout our stay! Always smiling and really just a pleasant person to meet! When we came back after dinner, we realized the room didn’t have bedroom slippers. I went to front desk to ask and the gentleman there apologized because they have ran out of supplies. However, he didn’t stop there. Instead, he went to look for unoccupied room by room to see if there were any extras. Really above and beyond expectations of a 3-Star hotel. For RM100+ per night, you’ll get a tastefully decorated hotel room with full hotel amenities like TV, toothbrushes, bottled water, coffee, hair dryer. Hot and cold water dispenser, iron and ironing board are available in the common area. At Eureka, you will get the warmth of a homestay and the feel of a hotel. I would totally recommend this hotel to all my friends! Thank you Mr Zaid and team!

GGuest UserThis accommodation is located right in front of Nasi Kandar Penang Kayu which opens 24 hours. Queensbay mall is nearby and only takes around 15 mins to the airport (subject to traffic) so as we only stayed 1 night to catch an early flight, it was convenient - location wise. No wifi provided though. Really have table tennis/ping pong table, dart games and movie (we didnt watch any) as seen on the pictures. The building is a bit outdated though. The tenant contacted us directly via Whatsapp and the explanation about the facility was very very clear and helpful.

GGuest UserThe check in and check out process were really easy and fast, room is spacious, clean and we really like the bed. its king size with fluffy pillow. all basic amenities were provided, iron, hair dryer, sejadah, toothbrush set, drinking water, fridge, kettle. the pool can be better maintained, but my kids have lots of fun playing in the pool with playground in it. Overall, nice stay, not much to complain. There's a restaurant downstairs but better check the price before entering.
Maybe just a little improvement on the housekeeping. we book the room for 2 night and went out, no housekeeping were sent to change the towel, empty the trash bin, refill drinking water, shower foam etc. Need to call and ask (bdway, there's no phone in the room). my suggestion is to put a sign so that the housekeeping know which room need to be tidy up etc.

MMohd Iskandar II love budget hotels... Been to lots of them and I know the expectation when staying at this kind of accommodation. Cheap, basic amenities, no frills concept. However Hotel Seri Malaysia Pulau Pinang just set a new standards of how a hotel should not be. I've stayed with them a couple of years ago and I know how bad their services are, but after several years maybe they might consider improving at least a little, but they prove me wrong. Check in 2 days ago, and the impression is not good. Complaints from the customers at the counter (hot water, cleanliness, etc). I thought maybe he was because bg fussy. I've got the 3rd floor room which is not a problem without lift. The room is ok but the air-conditioning is unreliable. The temperature control doesn't really works. The breakfast buffet nothing special with limited spread. I saw few tourists who bring in their own food. Don't know why but I assumed the choices of F&B is not enough for them. And the seating are so limited. I know that it is School holiday session but when the customers standinh for 10 minutes with food on their hand and no one even give a damn, then it is intolerable. I do ask for a container for me to take away the food, but as if they care. So.. Seri Malaysia hotel... If you do read this review, good, please do something for the sake of your own good. For me, no more Seri Malaysia ever. To be honest I'm ashamed they have Malaysia in their brand. Change to other name please

GGuest UserNo television in the room. Bathroom/ toilet quite small. There's a gap on the bathroom door (u can see thru the gap). During day time, there's noise coming from construction site nearby. It's near to the airport, but our visited places mostly very far from the hotel (example: batu feringghi, batu maung, komtar etc.)
