Most flights arrive in the morning and they will check you in to apartment by 3pm. I sent request which they promised to consider but no result. I arrived at 10 am and got apartment after 3pm. Found no courtesy to offer a cup of coffee or a drink after an14 hr flight. They treat an apartment booking like a hotel room booking but dint service it like hotel. I will not recommend.

Spacious, bright and very well located apartment, with everything you need for a family stay, the treatment of the hotel staff is excellent, I would return without hesitation. One block from Paseo de Gracia!! Very close to everything!!
