The room was dreary with only fluorescent lighting, and there was no kettle in the room, but when I went to the front desk to borrow one, they said it was already on loan.
It seems like every hotel has a few unfriendly staff among the friendly ones, which ruins the impression of the hotel.
The location is close to Plaza Catalunya and the Cathedral, so once you get used to it, you'll realize it's a very convenient hotel.

Very satisfied! The hotel is in a great location, with the subway just outside. Toiletries are fully equipped, and the hotel staff are very considerate and enthusiastic. Highly recommended👍

The staff at the front desk were enthusiastic and the location is excellent. It only takes 10 minutes to walk anywhere. The cleaning was also done well. I stayed for 8 nights. Although the cleaning staff forgot to change my towels twice, Flaws aside, I would still choose to live here.

There is a shuttle bus from the airport to Plaça Catalunya, and it is within a 5-minute walk from Plaça Catalunya, so it is easily accessible.

The entrance to the hotel wasn't as wide as it looked in the photo, but once you entered, it was spacious at the back, and the room and sink were quite spacious.
The breakfast had a wide variety and the location was great, close to the subway and the airport bus.
I lost my room key and was prepared to have to pay for it, but I was impressed when they immediately prepared a replacement key for free.
The only disappointing thing was that the bath mat was like a thin piece of paper, so I guess it didn't make much sense.
By the way, in Europe, there are no boxes of tissues, so you should bring your own.
