I have a travel agency and I booked this hotel for my clients. It lets you choose the check-in time but only later communicates that it is not possible to have the room before 4 pm. My clients arrived at 5:30 pm, the room was still to be made up, creating inconvenience and leaving them lying around. At check out a lady (not the owner) shows up saying that the lock was broken. (It has always been broken, since their arrival). So they withhold 150 euros of deposit. Reading a few comments and comparing notes with other travel agencies, I note that they usually behave like this. Who knows how many people have had the deposit for that lock deducted. In addition, the lady communicates that if they had not left the room clean she would have charged 70 euros, but 60 euros for final cleaning had already been paid in the price of the room. I strongly advise against it.
