Location was good but the images of the room did not match the actual room. The rooms were small, old and not very sanitised. Also i am not pleased with the breakfast services, didn’t have an option of toast or coffee.

Electricity problem the bed was only 2. 5 *6 very thin for a adult person to sleep. Only a single towel was present whereas i had booked for two people. On the first floor numbering was from 201-220 but the number plate for direction was written as 101-107 very confusing.

The stay was average however the hotel management is weak. The manager didn't have an appreciable conduct and despite of the fact that there were other available rooms, the manager offered an upgrade with payable amount otherwise didn't give a better room in the same pre-booked level. You can surely observe the arrogance if you don't opt for a paid upgrade. If you don't opt for an upgrade, they would provide you with the worst room available in the booked range and keep better ones for upgrades. Bathroom had algae deposits, shower cubical would get struck by the door handle almost every-time you enter the toilet due to poor design, posing a property hazard which could be payable during your checkout. Bedsheets were not already cleaned rather dirt was clearly visible indicating that it wasn't cleaned after the previous usage. Also, you'd surely expect a colony of mosquitoes waiting for you in the bed time. You would need to remind the staff a number of times for a little cleaning or delivering tea bags before they actually arrive to assist.

They charge extra 500rs for king size bed. i want to change room from twin bed to king size bed Which is not worth according to room!

The room were small and bathroom is smelly. I didn't recommend at this price point. Better to find some other hotels

The stay was plea-sent, their staff was well trained and supportive, the location is good and has a good ambience
