The hotel is conveniently located close to hurl refinery. The facility is new, well-built and kept clean. The rooms are a moderate size considering this is not a metro city but an interior town. The furniture in the rooms has been compromised. The chairs are flimsy & we had 2 instances of breakage and guests falling because the legs spread when you sit. The tv is an assembled set. The bathroom has a sliding door prone to getting stuck. The hotel team then opens it with a screwdriver. The main grouse is the staff. The lady at the reception is genuinely caring but the rest of the staff is not trained and service is pathetically slow.

This is a pretty boutique property perched on a highland with stunning vistas of sand dunes and fabulous sunrise/sunset. I had booked well in advance and was pleasantly surprised to have my room upgraded to a suite on arrival. Mr Krishnapal Singh with whom I communicated was very helpful and insisted that a visit to Kiradu ruins was a must while at Barmer. He even took the pains to find out the closing time as there was no clarity and aided in planning well. I landed up late in the night and had to check out after breakfast and really did not have the time to appreciate the facilities at the place fully. I made a quick tour of the property in the cold December morning and had a great view of the sunrise from the high perch. It is in the midst of nowhere and not many attractions nearby. It is a perfect place to unwind quietly without distractions. The room is really large and regal. The only sore point was that hot water in the geyser was not fixed despite many attempts. The bathroom fittings can have a make over definitely. The General Manager was also courteous. I really wish I had spent more time in this wonderful palace. Had I stayed longer and explored the place fully, I would have given a five star rating

Had stayed from 31.8.22 to 1.9.22 .Hotel is very near to Barmer railway station with walking distance to 10 minutes with luggage .Now coming to hotel layout nicely done in same building down all shops made. Nicely done reception counter .Even restaurant was good with food all. Rooms also good deluxe rooms where i had stayed. I liked washrooms was very spacious and bigger area given .Lift is also available in this hotel Considering Barmer town in remote corner and with many oil companies and other industry being coming up I would rate this hotel good for most business travellers and people coming with family.
