I have stay to Ramada hotel end I Ben very welcome with Catalina service, I recommended this hotel because them have lovely staff, end everything perfectly. Stayed at The Manor, Elstree for three nights B and B, booked through Trip.com and paid extra for a “deluxe “ room. We checked in and we’re given a room called Notting Hill on the second floor of the old building. Very “tired” room, especially the bathroom. The extractor fan was very noisy - sounded like a helicopter which we couldn’t turn off. The loo seat was loose and slipped to one side. The cold tap on the basin would not turn off. Floor tiles were cracked and loose. Bath enamel was chipped in several places. NOT DELUXE. The following morning we mentioned the faults to reception who offered us a different room. We were give “Chelsea “ on the same floor. A larger room in better condition but still not really deluxe. Still “tired”. Breakfast was nice with plenty to choose. All cooked nicely and lots of item’s laid out to select also. Very slow service however, we waited 50 minutes after ordering for the cooked items to appear. Unfortunately, on our last evening the wheel chair ramps had been left out on the steps at the hotel entrance. As I walked up, one ramp collapsed causing me to fall heavily and knocked my wife over too. We both suffered injuries which we reported. The steps should have been removed earlier once the wheel chair had left. Please take care if these ramps are there.

Pretty simple room yet clean and functional with ensuite facilities. Room had a fridge which was not advertised online and was a good plus. Good transport links to central London. Staff are very friendly and happy to help. Price was relatively cheap for London and good value for money. Recommended

Lovely hotel but barman tried to charge for 2 free glasses of wine and reception tried to charge for 4 breakfasts when we had only ordered 2. Other than that everything was good.

The Comet hotel Hatfield Location : excellent , just cross opposite to mall Room : comfortable , clean , more room space Overall are Good except the service of receptionist . Receptionist service : the Indian lady attitude was bad , maybe we are Asian. Shouldn’t let guest feel not welcoming :( Last, We really enjoyed it . Recommended this hotel

I used to use this hostel back when it was under YHA management. I’ve always picked it for its close proximity to Euston and King’s Cross. This is the first time I’ve been back since it changed hands. Glad to report that the hostel is still as it was. Polite and helpful staff, modern rooms with beds that have individual lights and charging sockets, lockers for valuables, clean and well kept bathrooms, a bar area downstairs to eat and have drinks if you desire. I stayed in a 6-bed female only dorm and was happy with my stay. Bed was comfortable, my items were safe (locks can be purchased behind the reception for £4), and the sockets can charge multiple devices with the dual USB sockets + a regular 3-pronged socket. Will advise that you turn the main room light off when you want go to sleep as my co-inhibitors left the main light on all night on my last night for some reason. The one area they could improve on was having another pillow on the beds. Mine was so used that it was mostly flat and made very little difference to my comfort.

Hotel is located right next to North Acton Station. Very convenient to head to town. It only takes 20 mins on the circle line to reach Marble Arch Station. They serve both hot and cold breakfast. The usual cereals, fruits, yogurt, toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages and baked beans. Their croissant is very nice. Rooms are spacious, had a sofa in the room and bed is comfortable too. I stayed fir 5 nights and it was an excellent choice. I will stay here again considering the rate that we paid and their servuce and amenities are good.

The staff was very nice and the whole place was full of young people. It definitely is a youth hostel and the place isn’t as big as other ones so it’s not super loud. Although the stairs are a little loud so that might wake you up. We stayed in a private room with bunk beds and they gave you towels and the shower was pretty good. The room was small as to be expected but it definitely wasn’t worth $180 a night when you could just pay for a bigger hotel room. The location was nice right by Hyde park and some free museums.
