The room is clean and hygienic. The facilities are complete. The environment is elegant and quiet. The transportation is convenient. There are bus stops and train stations within a short walk. The service attitude is very good. The boss is very enthusiastic. It's worth a visit.

This hotel is a scam hotel. Theoretically, it has three rooms, so it is not a hotel, right? It is just a very normal home, very rubbish. The price on the website is very low, but there are many hidden charges. The bed sheet fee is 20 pounds per night, and the room price is about 30 pounds. The check-in requirement is very strange and must be before 8 pm. Because I was short of time, I asked my classmate to check in. He paid a deposit of 100 pounds and a bed sheet fee for 2 nights. Because he didn't tell me, I didn't know. The next morning, very early, very early, I was still sleeping. The ** owner asked me for money. I didn't understand what money was. Later, I complained to the rubbish Ctrip Business Travel Customer Service. They said they would deal with it. Later, I read the precautions and found that their mother really charged 20 pounds every day. I went to negotiate with him. The ** owner said that he would not charge it, otherwise I would cancel my order the next day and the next three days. He agreed and was very polite. It doesn't matter. He won't charge it. Because Ctrip happened to call him during the negotiation, he said he didn't want to answer Ctrip's call and said he wouldn't charge it. I can use my own supplies, and I can check out the next day and place the next order. I asked my classmate 3 days ago, and he said that the deposit for the next three days would be deducted. Such a rubbish hotel, rubbish Ctrip can't handle, and several customer service staff lick the hotel like dogs. If you say that it is changed daily, I will accept it. Sorry, he didn't clean for a day!

I booked this last minute after an Airbnb Partner let me down. Thanks to the lovely owner of this charming guest house, I was able to stay in London for work. The rooms are large and clean, with kitchen and laundry facilities available at a small price. Will return!

SCAM ALERT. Worst experience I have ever had. I stayed in as I needed a bed for the night. The site indicated in small font , made of course by the host in which she denies, stating if you check in after 8 pm (too early) you will be charged £30 plus. I just paid and it took 1 hour to even get any service. There is no internet service in this location btw. You can’t call anyone. The host messaged me and threatened me that if I don’t pay extra £30 she would “get someone to come and sort me out”. Just rude and abrupt. It’s a shame because the location is nice but everything else is bad from poor management to respect. There’s a housekeeper who lives there who does not understand English?? I don’t understand why someone would employ a non English understanding and speaking keeper? The rooms are all messy and dirty, it smelt like blood when I walked in. The kettles are filthy I even took a picture see pic. The fridge hasn’t been used for 2 years. It’s a rot. The house keeper clearly isn’t doing her job. But she gets free accommodation and apparently doesn’t even get paid. What do you expect. I recommend sting away from this place. Then guess what the host tried charging me an extra £63 as apparently I didn’t show up. This is a pure scam. If I’m charged I have evidence and will present it to met bank. BEWARE!

Perfect for a convenient last minute stopover Large clean rooms. There is access to a kitchen, launderette and a large garden. The staff are very helpful, provided things I had left at home. Will return

We booked this wonderful place last minute. It was a life saver. The place is conveniently located with large rooms and free alcoholic beverages. The staff could not do enough for us. Would definitely recommend.

I found this place close to where I worked on this particular week. Everything worked out well. Large clean rooms. The location was nice, green suburbs, with good transport links. I needed laundry and they also did that for me. Will come back!

This was a last minute booking after a cancellation on an Agency website. I booked on here direct. Prices are very reasonable. There were no surprises. The place is a down to earth, value for money, does what it says on the tin. Clean large rooms. Will return!

Last minute booking. We found this charming place which conveniently has its own website for booking and that process was very easy. The rooms are large clean well furnished. There is also the option use kitchen and laundry. Would definitely recommend.
