The bathroom also has a skylight. There is nothing wrong with it except that it is expensive. After all, it is a suburb. Clearly does not have the level of a 4 star. Don't expect omelettes, scrambled eggs or anything else for breakfast, there are only pastries and fruit. The room had a damp smell. I booked a table for Shabbat, even the very disappointed, £20 per person or £40 for plastic plates and a single bottle of grape juice the size of a glass! No wine, no bread… I asked for bread for the motzi, which was refused! In short, I advise against it.

Excellent stay. Nicest kosher hotel in London. Plenty of parking and easy access to public transportation.
Just up the street are numerous eateries. Lots of kosher options in the area and synagogues. Kosher breakfast is not included with the ******* rate and is 20 pounds PP daily.

The Pillar Hotel is by far the best kosher hotel in Northwest London. Located along several bus routes, traveling around is very easy. The Hendon Underground stop is a close ten minute walk.
The hotel offers a kosher breakfast. This is not included when booking through *******. Breakfast is 20 pounds PP daily. Better to walk up the street one of the local kosher eateries.
The hotel offers no other meals, not even Shabbat. They will set up a fridge for you as well as a hotplate and place settings, but you must provide your own food.
Parking is plentiful, the property quiet and idyllic and the staff very helpful and friendly. An excellent stay overall.
