Location is good rooms are good staff are good the only downside was the gym

Beautifully maintained and actually 5 * worthy hotel! Rooms are spacious and beds sleep wonderfully.
The only downside is the bathroom where you have to shower in the bathtub with a very small shower head and the toilet right behind the shower door.
For the rest:
- the staff is top notch, breakfast is complete and extensive
- the gym and spa is wonderful and the swimming pool is wonderfully large

Rooms have poor lighting, Quality of bed is very bad, breakfast dosnt have many variety and dosnt taste good. No complementary water, They are going to charge 17 chf for water. Charging premium for a basic human need is very bad. They will ask you drink water directly from tap I did it and it messed up my throat. So don’t trust the quality of water buy some bottled water from any of the supermarket. Only one good highlight location is very good you can travel anywhere in the city because tram station is just outside.

Radisson Blu is meant to have high standards. Unfortunately these were nowhere to be seen when dealing with Gabriel. On arrival we had to wait 10 minutes until someone only greeted us. Texting behind reception should not happen in a 4 star Hotel. On our last day housekeeping was doing so much noise we could not rest until Check-out time

Останавливались на две ночи, из плюсов- бронировали день в день, так как с другим отелем произошел овербукинг, нашлись места Плюсы 1. Наличие подземного паркинга для своего авто 2. Отличный завтрак, великолепное качество продуктов 3. Отличное расположение, недалеко до исторического центра, отель предоставляет листовки со скидками для посещения музеев и многих интересных мест-великолепно 4. При заселении бесплатно повысили категорию номера ( являюсь частым клиентом Рэдиссон, но в других странах) Минусы 1. Бронь была через официальный сайт- оплата проживания только картой, а у нас была только наличка, пришлось экстренно решать эту ситуацию 2. И все же - для русского туриста цена завышена, в среднем по Швейцарии-ноомальная))

I really enjoyed my stay. I found the staff really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had thoughtful design touches linked to Basel city. It was great having access to both a coffee machine and a fridge too. This is an ideal hotel if you want to explore the city as it is literally a 10 minute walk to everywhere you may want to visit in Basel. I would definitely stay here again.

I had one night at this very nice hotel, centrally located in Basel. It's a fairly short walk to the center of the city, and the train station. The lobby area is very inviting with a contemporary, stylish look. There are also kiosks to check in and out, and an express check out option, which is very nice. The hotel also has a nice and large indoor pool, although it was not heated, and a bit cold for my taste. My room was spacious, but offered no view at all (only of other rooms within the building itself). The bathroom was also very nice, with a good shower. The TV in the room was decent, but there were only a couple of English-language channels (which is fairly common for hotels in Switzerland). Upon check in, I received a voucher for free public transport within Basel, and half-price on several local attractions. I didn't try the restaurant at the hotel, but it seemed nice. Overall a good hotel for a decent rate.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und gepflegt, das Frühstück war reichhaltig es hatte für jeden etwas dabei. Das Mittagsbuffet am ersten Tag war gut, das Abendessen lies leider zu wünschen übrig, ziemlich billig und sehr wenig. Am zweiten Tag war beim Mittagsbuffet ein Teil die Reste vom Vortag und sehr wenig, eine Teilnehmende musst in der Küche nachfragen ob bitte nochmal nachgefüllt wird, weil nichts mehr in den Töpfen war. . Die Verpflegung beim Seminarraum war zum Glück sehr lecker.. Leider fehlten auf den Toiletten beim Seminarraum seit dem 1. Tag trotz Meldung am Empfang die Handpapier, damit die Hände getrocknet werden konnten. Das Personal am Empfang und im Restaurant waren sehr nett.
