We can hear the train across but it wont affect much on my sleeping quality so it is fine. There is many tram can reach the train station and the cities so it is quite convenient.
The temperature of the showering water is extremely hot or cold, causing bad experience

Everything is great. Good place if you want to stay near to Basel SBB on a budget. Drinking water need to be purchased. Small bath room.

They have free tea bags available at the reception desk. Hairdryer is available you have to borrow it at the reception, you just need to make a deposit which is refundable after you returned it.

we have nice stay here, big room for 3 adults, clean and comfortable near tram station, perfect hotel to stay in Basel

Kept waking up in middle of the night. Heard the sound of trains running all night.

The hotel force us to book another room and even count baby as 1 person. We book triple room already.

Everything is as expected. Rooms are small but it is called budget hotel so it is normal.
