Everything was a problem. The hotel didn’t tell us how to get there, so we had to figure it out on our own. They only accept cash for most things. Meals were overpriced and it is the only option due to location. Beds were uncomfortable, there were no basic amenities like shampoo or hot water, and we had to negotiate for cleaning services. The staff were nice but the stay was simply poor value.

Nice and private over water bungalow. 15-20 minute paddle board ride to the Blue Coconut which is highly recommended visit. You are a bit isolated and need to coordinate water taxi to get to places but Kathy was super hospitable, made great drinks on premises, Pina Colada was fantastic! She make a great meal and can do off menu options for more local options. Beautiful to hear the sound of the water outside your bedroom, dance in the rain and enjoy the solitude. Highly recommend for Isla Solarte and a unique experience!!

AQUÍ HOY its an spectacular place on solarte island at Bocas del Toro. The place is beautiful, very well located to go everywhere, peaceful and quiet. Sunrise and sunsets are fantastic. Food and drinks made by KATY (the SOUL of the place) are superb! We were 2 families of friends with 4 kids in total (13,13,11,7 years) so we rented the entire place (4 rooms, 2 each cabin) so the experience was spectacular!. Get in contact with Heiner, the owner, for questions on reservation process was so easy. We definitely will come back again!!! So thanks KATY for being so cool, helpful and kind with the kids, thanks AQUI HOY, thanks BOCAS, SEE YOU SOON!!!!

El lugar es muy lindo, está en la Isla Solarte que es cerca del pueblo de Bocas por lo que uno puede ir en 15 minutos en lancha a comer por ejemplo. Son solo cuatro habitaciones muy bonitas sobre el mar y la atención de Katherine es maravillosa, además cocina muy rico (lejos los mejores desayunos de Bocas). Desde el mismo muelle o las habitaciones vimos muchos peces, estrellas de mar y hasta delfines, es muy lindo. Lo único malo es que las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado y que como está en un manglar, dos veces al día salen unos pequeños bichitos voladores que literalmente nos devoraron aunque nos bañáramos en repelente.

Very peaceful and good service! The staff made this place wonderful. They were accommodating and helpful! Had fun going on little day adventures and having a peaceful place to come back to. Clean and good view! You can also snorkel around the dock which had some wildlife. Starfish and some reef fish.
