Hotels near Sudirman Square, Batam Center

I and my wife finally booked and had a chance to stay in Harmoni One Hotel. It was a crowded and busy place before covid-19 outbreak. Proud to see how this hotel still struggle to survive, but also sad at the same time witnessing how empty and quite this place now. Harmoni One still operates hotel room for guesses at 2nd floor. We heard and saw 1-2 other guess at our floor. We stayed in Room 210, deluxed room including breakfast. with wide glass window facing to under construction of Batam One Mall and bushes of surrounding old area. Checked in 5/May/2021 for a nght stay. Thank you to Ms. Rita, he front desk staff who was kindl assited us during check in and make sure our needs in the room is fulfilled. Hotel building looks luxury, located close to Lottemart and Sundanese Warung. Room was spacious, with king size bed, sofa bed ,furniture, mini bar, complimentary coffee/tea and water kettle. Surprising to have a bathtub...so the toilet itself has almost half of bed room's size. However, we understood this hotel is not new, so old carpet smell is unavoided. Internet was good and strong. Room has tv cable with 40 local and foreign channels. They served the breakfast by ala carte menu for main course and fruits, and let bread/toast, juices, coffee/tea stall open for self service. Nasi goreng was good and tasty. The staffs on duty and 1 high shool trainee available on-spot to help. Swimming pool and fitness center at 6th floor are open 9AM-6PM, but we did not try it because this place seems not attended by any staff. We can sleep well in the room. Thank you for the staying experience in this hotel, and wish all the best for the management and staffs to keep their spirit high in serving during this trying condition. 5 star for the price and quality. RM52 equal to 159000 rupiah something like that, pay online. Got WiFi although not advertise. Bapak at counter willing to help carry my bag almost 20kgs. Got soap syampoo and disposable toothbrush tv with local channels. The AC brand aqua own by sanyo, pretty slow although full speed fan has been chosen. Took 1 hour to cooled myself. Mattress comfort pillow comfort. I want to upload video but this app can upload photo only.

A new hotel… location near to Mega Mall and Batam Centre Seaport… BUT… if walk to these places not safe… the hotel doesn’t provide free transportation to these places but Paid transportation are provided… But you can call GRAB services if need transport… The room was nice and clean but the hotel provide 1 key so once you are out.. the room will be hot and stuffy… It takes 1 hour plus to cool the room… The toilet was spacious… The breakfast average… the food was not replenished fast enough… this I think is management issues not ensure sufficient staff to meet the demand… the food handling no gloves so direct Hands on your food… So you judge yourself to stay…

Place is near, room is clean, things are well equipped, recommended

We have a good day stay in here, they give us aromatherapy, the breakfast its good, staff is nice, room services is quick, everything is perfect. The location its only 5 minutes to reach big mall. Breakfast is 5 star for me, so many Indonesian food❤️.

Pros: Location Spacious room for a small family. Cons: Bathroom water heater and the soap provided.

The location is great, close to the beach, and the price is right. This time it was a business trip. I chose the apartment for half a day because of its location and cost-effectiveness. It is very fast to get to other places in Batam. The key is that the ferry terminal is next door, which is very convenient to Singapore.
