Newly renovated hotel. A lot of the facilities are still fairly new, very clean. They have breakfast, 24-hour coffee, and inexpensive $62+ tax (i was in hotel during low traffic days) This was my best value hotel in about 25 years. If you are in Bufallo-Rochester area, I recommend it. (I have to add that I am from NYC, hotels are very expensive there, and many hotels in the city are not new)

It seemed that people were moving unusually large numbers of bags of clothing and toys out of the building for a motel/hotel. Tables at breakfast service not cleaned between users. A number of small things were off.

This is a clean hotel in a relatively safe area. I did not have time for breakfast, but it does add value to the stay. The bathroom was very small. My only complaints were that the curtains were unable to be drawn completely & that the entire air-conditioning & heating unit was completely blocked by the unit with the fridge & TV. Darkness & temperature control are key to a restful sleep.
