The hotel is very close to several attractions and the rooms are large. The hotel service is not thoughtful enough. There is no doorman service after arrival. You can only pull the luggage cart to carry your luggage to the room by yourself. There is only one front desk attendant, who is both a receptionist and a housekeeper... One person has multiple jobs, it seems that the hotel is short-staffed🤣. In addition, when I called the customer service to ask for more water, the hotel replied that there was only sparkling water and no purified water😓. In addition, the hotel's hardware facilities need to be maintained and updated. The basin drain is blocked and drains slowly. The tiles outside the shower room are also damaged and need to be repaired.

Awful service from the front desk. Waited 50minutes to check in only to then be given a room that was occupied. The front desk trainee was useless offered no apology and also did not offer cookies that were being given by other front desk staff. Second room was okay. Hair on the bed and toothpaste on the door. I think Bath could do better and Double Tree Bath can raise its standards in-line with other Double Trees

The hotel is ideally located near the Roman Baths, the main attraction. There is a parking lot next to it, 15 pounds for the whole day. The hotel room was relatively clean, but the service was poor. When we arrived in the room, there were two glass bottles of water. One of them was for drinking, but there was no refill. There were no hand towels to pull out. The shower gel itself was hanging on the wall in the bathroom, but it was damaged and fell on the bathtub. Reported the problem to the counter staff immediately, but no one followed up until check-out.
