The room is small and the view outside the window is not good. The key is that the huge range hood of the hotel restaurant outside the window is always working, which makes my friend and I unable to sleep in the middle of the night. The range hood did not stop until three o'clock in the morning. The next day we went to the hotel and asked to change rooms. The hotel said sorry and tried to arrange a change. At noon, we really changed to a room on the second floor facing the street. The area is larger and the scenery is better. The key is that we don't have to worry about the noise of the range hood anymore. The hotel staff also enthusiastically helped us book long-distance bus tickets on the computer. The hotel's breakfast is also very good, English breakfast, which needs to be booked the day before. In addition, the hotel also charges a deposit of 50 pounds per day when checking in. I hope to refund the original way within two weeks after leaving the hotel. It has been three days and I have not received the refund information.

When I came back to pick up my room card after three o'clock, the staff had already sent all my luggage to the room. Stayed in room No. 220 at the bottom of Tukui. The room has a special design and includes disposable slippers. Four cans of drinks are free in the minibar, as well as a coffee machine and two pieces of shortbread (delicious lemon flavor). The bedding is comfortable and the bathroom shower has strong water pressure and a good temperature. However, the corners are not clean but are very good. There is brown, brown and black mold accumulation visible to the naked eye. There are many places to sit in public areas. Breakfast was delicious. Since this is a historical building and the hotel does not have an elevator, it is very difficult to get up and down to pick up large luggage. Thanks to the handsome guy at the front desk for helping to pick up large luggage from the room. I recommend everyone to consider this place.
