Very new and nice hotel. Room is bright and clean. Toothbrush , tooth paste, room slippers are provided . Pillows are clean, soft and comfortable. Free shuttle to Grand Batam mall at 4 pm but need to pre book with reception. Shower water may splashed and wet the whole toilet. Overall, still good as the room feels very welcoming .

It is a good experience for couples as we were on our 7th wedding anniversary trip. Everyone was friendly and helpful in many ways, and we enjoyed breakfast very much. The hotel is clean and user friendly-family friendly. Will be best if we don't hear any drilling during our stay, but we'll think things happen. Walking distance to harbourbay terminal, local warong food is good too.

Hotel is convenient, clean and nice except that the toilet has no doors between the wet and dry area so each time you shower the whole place is wet. Good view from the hotel lounge at level 12!

We stayed in this hotel on the weekend. The layout of the hotel is just like its name, Yello---Yes hollo welcomes travelers. The hotel's decoration style is also dominated by yellow, which is simple and light, making people feel very comfortable. The hotel is located in Harbourbay, Batam Island, on a pedestrian street, a 10-minute walk from the cruise ferry terminal, and very convenient for shopping and eating. Go downstairs and turn left for 5 minutes to the seafood restaurant. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the Chinese restaurant and bar by the sea. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The key is that the price is very reasonable. The breakfast is equipped with Chinese food, Western food and halal food, which is very rich. It was a very good stay experience.

Excellent customer service! All officers are very friendly and helpful. The only feedback I want to give is the temperature of water heater is not accurate. That is all.
