The room is clean, breakfast provided sufficient to kickstart your morning. Shades, 6-7 mins walking distance from Harbourfront ferry terminal.

Good stay considering the location and the price. Very convenient ; connected to the the mall and ferry terminal . No worries about rain or hot sun. Access to the beautiful walk near the ferry terminal with lots of good restaurants and bars.

The hotel is located in Harbour bay, 100meets to Ferry terminal, so it is very convenient if you want to go to Singapore or Malaysia.
The area is nice.

very convenience location that nearby ferry terminal … so don't need to rush or transport back ferry terminal …and room clean … air con cold enough … higher recommended

I just stayed at the Zest Hotel Harbour Bay Batam. I had a really good time, and I would stay there again for sure. The hotel is in a great location, which made it easy to get around and check out the area. The staff were super helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean and comfy, and I dug the amenities, like the pool and fitness center. Overall, I had a great experience at the Zest Hotel Harbour Bay Batam and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel in Batam.

Best location, just next to harbour bay ferry terminal, lots of eateries within minutes of walk. This is my second time staying this hotel, the first time was many years back. During that time not as good coz the area around was not well developed. But after years it has improved, Would definitely come back due to its convenience. Highly recommended.

Location is good, but the room is very run down. The power plug is spoiled, the towel is very dirty, and the bedsheet has a lot of black stains.
Breakfast for egg is a lot egg shell.

We got this booking very last minute because the hotel
that we booked called & told us that their hotel is fully booked. So I made a decision & took the risk to choose this hotel for our short vacation. To my surprise, the room was spacious & the best things was the smart TV. WiFi was good & the room was better than expected. Check In/Check out was fast & efficient. Would definitely book this hotel again.
