Staff were responsive and helpful. When hearing feedback about the set of rusty razor provided and the seemingly greyish looking towel, they sincerely wanted to make good.
The hotel cooked have also feature more local desserts, pastry and fruits for the breakfast.
The local food featured is very delicious.

Nice and Clean hotel. Aircondition is very good. Nice and comfortable bed. Service Staff are all very frindly and caring. Special mention to Kay, she always making sure that our needs are well attended to and always greet us with a very sweet smile.Tavern BBQ food is great. We intend to go back here again soon..

Service is very good, staff friendly and helpful. Sound proofing not very good, did not get a good sleep due to noise outside. Rooms clean except bedsheets has a bit of smell

Nice hotel. Friendly service but food in restaurant need to be on hotel standard. Outside food restaurant tasted better than in Hotel.

Hotel overall is good, just that it’s next to a mosque and at 4-5am the prayer start and the sound proofing of the hotel is very poor. I also can heard other guests talking and TV sound

nice hotel, specious. nice desk for work in room. water preassure good.
there are small stall infront of the hotel, a bit crowded. be careful of wondering to the stalls, not recommended by Hotel staff as a bit too dangerous for foreigner, too crowded.
