Batu Caves Hotels with Bars

Reached the hotel pretty late at night, check in was smooth though the front desk lady wasnt that friendly. Location was a little outskirt of KL but met our purpose of stay though it felt like a ghost town in a mix development as everything was closed/ not operating. Room was up to date, spacious, clean and pristine. Bed was okay, view was meh maybe because it was low floor. Was very distracted by the iron board with its sponge going all over the places. Basic necessity such as hot water, shampoo, handsoap and shower gel was available except tooth brush/paste. In house safe was not working. Stayed 3 nights will cleaning done daily but no top up done to facial tissue. Kids enjoyed the pool with view. Overall it was a decent experience.

Near to hospital selayang, can walk using jejantas. Friendly staff ✅ Have fridge in room, but the tv is not function lah. Overall everything is okay, will repeat this hotel again & again. The hotel is located close with my husband's office/place work... The hotel is very clean and all facilities are provided.... The staff also serve us well.. Thanks 👍

All went well … Except we had a neighbor in the next room (unfortunately it was a connecting room) smoking the whole night. The smell was so strong on our side of the room and it was terrible for us the whole night. We have a 7yo with us and I feel so sorry for him because he had to suffer 2nd hand smoke with us adult the whole night. We made complaint to the reception, they sent someone to look at the matter, but it wasn’t solving the problem. For a Smoke Free hotel, the hotel should take stern action against the guest who violated this rule. They did not came back to me after the complaint, and we were disappointed for needing to spend a rough night.

So far good.. But when I wanted to check out they didn't give back my deposit.. When I ask they told me it's already past 12pm and 1 hour charge RM10. But they stick the card saying 1 hour charge RM5... Are you trying to scam us.. If you are true the customer... You will receive more customer if not there will not a be a single ppl will be coming to ur hotel... 😡BTW if anything inform customer early don't just last minute inform... And when I call the owner and inform this he also talking like he doesn't care about this matter... What is this laaa terrible

The room was filthy full of hairs and stains on the bed even had cockroaches, they will ask you to top up money if you booked cheaper online, I checked out within 30 mins and they refused to refund me, and when you pay they don’t even give you receipt.. looks like some nonsense going on in that hotel, stay away don’t book this hotel go for the ones inside selayang capitol mall that hotels are way better..

Very good location and clean place. Opposite of the hotel Will be hospital selayang, going to KL is very near .
