Hotels near Sri Nagasai Dwarakamai Temple batu cave, Batu Caves

A very good hotel with great services. I stayed for 2 nights there for business trip with family and a baby. The location is good if u have own transport as its bit far from lrt station. We aim to eat at Kantan and this is the best/nearest hotel. The views on rooftop are superb with Istana Negara view. But, sadly we cannot join the breakfast.. Will come again soon.

The entrance road is very hard and confusing. We lost two times before we finally can arrive. Room is good but no washing machine. Fridge smell moldy and very faulty. Construction & renovation everywhere so very noisy at morning.

The room is clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is not far from the tourist area, you can walk there in 5-10 minutes. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. There are amenities such as a hair dryer in the bathroom and an iron in the common area on each floor. The male cleaner is friendly and provides service with a smile. I was very impressed. Thanks

First, kind enough to early check in the process first so that we can get the key later faster. Secondly, helpful enough to upgrade my room. Thirdly, never charge me on printing my flight tickets. Overall, very welcoming experience and great location. My view from my room.

- Check-in Process: Needs to be faster. Too much data entry is required by the receptionist, even though everything was submitted and paid for online. Guests are tired and want to rest immediately, so the process should be quicker. - Room Key Issue: The check-in took almost 15-20 minutes, and the room key didn’t work, I had to return to the lobby again to get a replacement! - Deposit: A RM 20 cash deposit is required, which is inconvenient. In the era of e-wallets, most people don’t carry cash anymore; this should be eliminated. - Room Size: The room is small but equipped with basic facilities and safety box. - Power Outlet: The room has 1x standard local 3-pin/UK power outlet by the bed, 1x international power outlet next to the study table. - The Superior Queen room has excellent soundproofing, even though it faces the outside window, and the window allows plenty of natural light. - The air conditioning provides good cooling. - Hair dryer & water heater is available. Ironing board + iron outside of the room in the hallway. - I appreciate the bed lighting, which can be dimmed without the main light being too bright, making it comfortable for both sleeping and working. - There’s a study table, and the room comes with instant coffee and drinking water. - WiFi: The WiFi is fast for online conference & social media access. - Prayer Space: There's a kiblat sign, and although the space is tight, there's just enough room to pray without having to do so on the bed. - There is a lift. - Toiletries: Basic toiletries provided: bottled soap and shampoo. No toothbrush though. - Dining: There’s a mamak restaurant on the ground floor. The staff are very friendly, and the food is delicious and served hot. You should try their nasi lemak with hot fried chicken. - Bonus: Choose windowed rooms so you can watch people savouring their Malaysian food and chatting in the restaurant downstairs.

Nice cozy hotel in town with a roof top infinity pool.. just that the soundproof of the room is a bit poor due to the LRT station railway being just beside the hotel.. for light sleepers it should be challenging during night time until 12am and start again in the early morning 6am.. overall is 👍..

This is my first travel with my boyfriend in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and we can say that we are going to book this hotel again when we come back. 7 days in this hotel makes us feel relaxed and enjoyed. We arrived 12:50 MN of 26 July 24 and the convenient part is that 7/11 and ABC restaurant is still open. Very accessible to food and convenience stores. Moreover, I just contacted the receptionist 7 hours before we arrived to the hotel. They told us that they can accommodate us until 1 AM. When we entered the room, there are 2 bottles of water already prepared and the room is already clean. My requests I entered when I booked the hotel are also prepared (extra pillows). Overall, very satisfied customers.

The front desk seems to be lack of training, perhaps the management can do something about it. 1. When we were checking in, told the staff we booked two rooms and he misunderstood that we booked a 2 bedrooms unit, hence we only get 1 parking spot. After a minor arguement only he recheck the system and realize we did book 2 units hence there is 2 parking spots. 2. The waiting time for the lift is horrible. We stayed at level 11, and there are 6 lifts, but we were skipped by the lifts lotsa time, sometimes we couldnt wait that long that we have to walk down the stairs, not just us, other tourists as well. 15mins wait and still couldnt get a lift? why is that? 3. when we checked out and ready to exit the parking, we were told that we need have our access card with us? I mean everyone returned the access card at the lobby during check out, why would the management want us to keep that card to exit parking? And we were told to take the access card to exit parking, and bring it back to the front desk? Why is this such a hassle to your customers?

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Swiss Garden Hotel Genting, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. This is my second visit, and once again, the hotel exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was immaculate and offered all the comfort and amenities I could ask for, ensuring a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet was a highlight of my visit—delicious, with a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes. The ambience throughout the hotel was perfect, providing a serene and luxurious environment. Overall, I give the Swiss Garden Hotel Genting a well-deserved 5 stars. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!
