Hotel Little Buddha Inn

Boudhanath is an essential element of sightseeing in Kathmandu. However, it is far from the city center, so it is not very efficient. Therefore, I decided to take advantage of the fact that I would arrive in Kathmandu at night, go directly to Boudhanath from the airport, and stay the night nearby. The only hotel with a view of Boudhanath from the room was Hotel Padma, which was expensive, so I searched for a cheap hotel that was as close as possible and chose this hotel. It does not face the corridor, so there is no view. My room was on the fourth floor (third floor in Nepalese style), and only a small part of the dome of the stupa could be seen through the building. The facilities of the accommodation are average, but the strength of this accommodation is that you can easily visit Boudhanath at night and early in the morning. It is conveniently located within a one-minute walk from the corridor. It might be a good idea to have breakfast after your morning visit or walk. Breakfast is served on the rooftop, and you can see the stupa relatively clearly and large, even through the building.

Nice location; close to the stupa and yet quietly located. Wake up to the sounds of the monastery. Spacious rooms with good bed and shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice roof terrace with a view of the stupa. Good WiFi. Good quality price ratio.
