Hotel com estrutura antiga, mas limpo e ponto forte para o café da manhã. Bem completo. Wi-Fi funcionou bem. Localização central na cidade é com isso, fácil acesso às rodovias, shoppings e restaurantes. Ponto de melhoria: salão de café da manhã comum ao lobby do hotel (mesmo local) ficando algumas vezes sujos de comida e/ou um pouco bagunçados

Great service, perfect parking, very nice rooms, very nice bathrooms

Fiquei hospedado no Astron de um sábado para domingo 23-24 de Setembro de 2023, e tive uma péssima experiência. Ja tinha lido comentários com queixas quanto ao atendimento do Hotel, mas ainda assim decidi me hospedar. Assim que fiz o checkout percebi que havia deixado alguns pertences no quarto, entao liguei na recepção para saber se poderiam verificar. Fui muito mal atendido por 2 recepcionistas, Thiago e Leandro, que disseram que nao era possível checar com a equipe de limpeza se haviam achado algo, pois ja haviam ido embora. Disseram que também nao podiam ligar para a responsável da limpeza para descobrir se algo havia sido achado no quarto. Também disseram que nao era possivel checar no achados e perdidos, pois a sala ficava trancada e nao tinham a chave. Também nao podiam ligar para ninguém ir la abrir. Responderam que nao era possível ligar no quarto para verificar se o novo hospede do quarto havia encontrado algo. Tambem responderam que nao era possivel conversar com ninguem da gerência no fim de semana. Ou seja, dificultaram ao máximo a solução do caso, dando negativas a todas as minhas ideias para tentar resolver o problema, sem darem nenhuma outra ideia como alternativa viável. Acabei indo embora de Bauru, pois moro em outra cidade. Na segunda-feira, liguei novamente na recepção, conversei com outra atendente, que me informou que foram encontrados apenas parte dos pertences. Eu como cliente me senti lesado, pois tentei ao máximo correr para resolver os problemas a tempo, mas devido a um mau atendimento por parte da equipe (que inclusive zombaram de mim ao telefone) nao consegui reaver meus bens. Devido a esse tremendo mal estar, não volto a me hospedar no hotel nunca mais. Adiciono aqui (mais uma) má experiência vivida no Astron.

Was booked here by work. I was so pleasantly surprised by the size of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff. They were better than most 5 star places I have stayed recently! Special shout out to Alan at the front desk. Helped me several times!! Everyone made an effort to speak English to me and I really appreciated that. The room service was tasty . Will stay here again next time I am in Bauru.

The hotel needs to organise itself better, three times (I made the record, I arrived to pick up the card and I went back the card to go) I was charged for the daily. I paid qdo made the reservation on day 14/11.....e gets super bored vc staying talking that has already been paid.

The only distress was the reservation. I booked a room with a couple bed and there was only a room with 2 beds. According to the reception they had no longer available for several days and one of each was available on the reservation site. I believe the problem was in trip.com.
