The service was good. We have some major complaints; our room door was left ajar for multiple hours by staff with all of our belongings in there, the bathtub jets didn’t work, and the concierge made it feel like I was in a car dealership. The staff constantly pushes putting up reviews to the point where it is annoying. Staff constantly coming up to you reminding you and calling the room to say please don’t forget to leave a good review.

We are leaving from a one week stay at the Iberostar grand Bavaro in Punta Cana. Our Butlers l, Eduardo and Valentine were exceptional and made our vacation stressfress and delightful. They kept are room tidy, fridge stocked and communicated easily. We let them know that it was our 25th anniversary and they made sure to decorate our room with roses and bubble bath and special notes. They were able to accommodate even our strange requests such as duct tape for my husband‘s feet when he wore blisters from new sandals. We will definitely ask for them when we book a future day. This this resort was our favorite and best experience after staying in a dozen other all inclusive resorts in the Caribbean. All staff was super friendly and willing to help make our stay fantastic. Our housekeeper was fabulous and was always in a happy cheerful mood, which was a delight to see. Recommendation for resort - get golf carts that guests can rent themselves by the hour to visit resort complex.

I am currently on vacation at this resort. The grounds are well maintained. A+++ The staff so happy and loving what they do. A+++ My concierge Davinna and Victor, just awesome!! Their attention to detail and wanting to make sure my every needs are met.A++++ Carlos, Benjamin,Alexander, Mellora and all the servers and hostesses at the buffet A+++ Giselle at the spa,just wonderful And..Rodrigo (Senor Coconut specialist) This gentleman is amazing!! He climbs the trees in rubber bootsSuch a pleasant gentleman!!!A+++ The ladies who clean the room (I'm never there) very meticulous. Thank you A+++++ You will not be disappointed. The food is excellent, the fruits, oh my!! I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Now I have to learn Spanish to communicate better without the translation app. A lot of the staff speak English though but I need to learn for those who don't. Go ahead and book your trip with Jetblue vacation packages which will also arrange transfers. You will not be disappointed!!!!!

Great service from Victor!! The facilities were impressive and the service was consistently outstanding. The beach is amazing and there are numerous food options. Definitely enjoyed the paella with lobster!! We hope to come back again.

Danilo and Edward, our butlers, were absolutely amazing. Anything we needed, they provided. Any question we had, they answered it. The resort is top notch and the service and attentiveness is unlike anywhere else. We can't wait to return!

Took a nice 40th girls trip with a swim up suite and butler service. Danilo and Edward were so amazing and took great care of us! They even had our room decorated for our milestone birthdays. The food was great, especially the surf & turf restaurant. It’s small enough that you can walk around easily but with still so much to do. Pools are beautiful too! I will definitely be coming back and the swim up suite is a must!

Impeccably maintained!!!A++++++ The housekeeping staff are on point with room cleanliness A+++++ The staff are always happy, laughing and really enjoying what they do. My concierge Davinna and Victor are so delightful. They're attention to detail and ensuring that my every need is met A++++ Benjamin, Carlos, Alexander, Mellorra servers in the buffet and restaurants were so attentive. A++++ Buellis!! She's so warm and sweet ,making our food to perfection😋A++++ Giselle at the spa was wonderful!!A+++ Rodrigo (Mr. Coconut specialist) he is so delightful, this gentleman climbs the trees with rubber boots and his sidearm (machete) attached.😳 I REALLY LOVE THIS RESORT!! Most of the staff speak English but knowing Spanish would be an asset. The food is amazing, fruits so,so delicious!! You will not regret coming here, I will definitely be back next year ❤❤
