I like everything except for the fact that reservations for a la carte are limited. I should be able to reserve as many a la carte dinners as i want during my stay and i don't want to be limited to only one buffet.

Completamente una decepcion. Llevo muchos años visitando los hoteles bahia principe y nunca habia pasado tan mala experiencia debido a que durante mi estadia habian hospedandose muchos equipos de baseball, y la conducta fue horrible. Niños y jovenes solos em habitaciones sin supervision, con ruidos innecesarios toda la noche y madrugada. Varias veces le pedimos a la admnistracion del hotel que nos resolvieran la situacion pero fue inutil. Ninguna de las noches que estuvimos pudimos descansar, en el buffet era un desastre , mientras haciamos fila los demas pasaban por el lado y se metian a comer y se sentaban en cualquier mesa sin respeto alguno. Definitivamente han sido las peores vacaciones. Hubo un descontrol total. Y muchos huespedes estaban bien decepcionados por la misma situacion.

The grounds are nice. The room is full of mold including the cushions on the chairs. Doors in public restroom in pool swollen not able to fully lock and when opening almost impossible. Food is not kept at proper temperatures some things appeared off entertainment was the only good portion. I left after first night paid the flight change difference and left. Very unfortunate.

The staff, the entertainment staff alot of fun, respectful, attentive, very clean the hotel. Everything was excellent nothing negative to say. I will recommend this resort to anyone.
