Nous avons pris section Diamant 1000,00$ supplémentaire à notre forfait , quel arnaque! Un livret de coupons rabais pour toute les activités de l’hôtel disant qu’il avait une valeur de 600,00$ et même les lits et chaises à la plage qui sont restées vides toute la semaine étaient payantes.Trois restos fermés pour rénovation et le buffet trois soirs durant notre semaine aussi fermé.Section Diamant = attrape touriste !

I can honestly say that reading some of these reviews that they're very negative. Yes there is some work going on and interruptions do occur, but this is not the fault of the Royalton, this is down to poor communication from TUI and not informing its customers. We have raised our concerns with TUI and were initially compensated though TUI have emailed back to apologise and have raised there initial offer as an apology. I can honestly say when the work is completed this Hotel will be fantastic. Thank you the Royalton Punta Cana.

We went there for my husband's birthday, sent them an email before to ask about what cakes I can purchase, no answer. The travel agent did note that this was a group of 18 people for a birthday celebration. There was no extra effort from staff to make it more special. The worst part is we went one night to the sports bar and was served leftover fries from a previous diner! We found leftover chicken finger in our fries!!When we complained the waiter just said "oh no..the kitchen is not good let me get you a fresh one."

Wow!! This was our second trip to the Hideaway, and it didn’t disappoint. Special shout-out to Juan & Joesmerlyn at the Hideaway bar. Juan remembered us, and that my husband drinks the “Canadian Caesar”. Baron & Manual from the Dorado who made every meal special by welcoming us with big smiles and great service. Special thanks to Silvia from the main bar at the Royalton. Who also made us feel special. Dorado restaurant was a 10/10. Hideaway guests don’t need to go anywhere else to eat. They serve the best food on the resort, with the best service! Pools and beach were amazing! Our only complaint was the constant harassing by the staff to sign up for the timeshare meeting. They were relentless. Even on our last day they were trying to get us to attend. It was actually uncomfortable some days to walk by them, as they hangout in the stairwell that leads to the rooms. The hotel was under construction when we there. We can’t wait to return next year to see the improvements!

El hotel excelente todas las facilidades En el Beach bar, Ruben Méndez, Willy, Luis nos complacieron con sus cocteles añadiendo su picardía, risas y atenciones. También a Marta Pinales. Gracias a todos por su excelente servicio. En la cueva: Juan y Joaquín nos atendieron excelente también siempre complaciendo nuestros gustos. Gracias a todos ellos por hacernos sentir como en familia. Un abrazo a toda esa gente linda que nos atendieron

Nosotros somos clientes frecuente de este hotel y es primera vez que nos vamos disconformes porque no nos avisaron que el hotel estaba en remodelación y ademas nuestras 2 habitaciones tuvieron problemas con el aire acondicionado, incluso en 2 ocasiones nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación. Lo mejor y positivo de esta experiencia fue la muy buena atención de Antonio en el bar de la playa hideaway.

Las habitaciones excelentes y todo el servicio excelente En el beach club, Ruben Antonio Mendez, willy solano, Luis almonte, nos trataron cada día como mi familia ofreciendo sus espectaculares cocteles, su alegria y cariño. Excelentes personal. En la cueva, joaquin pinales y juan el chico joven tratándonos con muchi cariño y atenciónes asi como marta trinidad también. Muchas gracias a todos y esperamos volver en cualquier momento nuevamente. Un abrazo

Currently here with 10 more days to go , absolute nightmare . We arrived Monday and check in and room ok . Got ready to go out to buffet restaurant to be told it is shut at night till Friday , this has now moved and not opening till Monday but is shutting again Thursday and not sure when re opening , if we want to eat we have to catch the shuttle bus along with about 100 other people and go to the sister hotel buffet which is disgusting and looks like a canteen or we have to eat at the Al La carte restaurants which are now only open 4 out of 7 nights on different days , Sunday we have a choice of just 2 which are fully booked or the canteen , looks like we won’t be eating anything that night ! Booking the restaurants on the App is a joke , you can only book the day before and need to be booking just after midnight to be able to get a table . The sands beach bar should still be open but they shut that the day we arrived so no where to go to sip a cocktail overlooking the sea . Management a joke and rude , complained and asked if we could just use the Diamond beach bar just to have a drink or 2 at night to be told no even though they have given it to other people who had less to complain about . Worst hotel I have stayed in , currently looking at moving but got to pay full price to move . Next time I’ll stick to Riu hotels . Tui advised us there was some renovation work but the sands beach bar , buffet restaurant, Al La cartes where not affected , would never have booked if we knew these were closed or reduced .
