The majestic elegance is beautiful!!! Very clean, rooms are very nice.
The average rating was because we paid extra for “Elegance club” adult only. This was our 29th anniversary and we wanted it to be kid free. We searched for a hotel that had adult only amenities. When we showed up at the hotel they told us those rooms were sold out in the adult only section. That was disappointing since we paid for that section. We were still able to use the amenities but they were two buildings away. We booked months in advance so that was disappointing. They did give us a voucher for $200.00. To be used towards a $360.00 massage. But we would have loved the room in adult only section instead. The drinks were great! The food average. Entertainment average. The staff-some were great but I would say around 90% don’t even acknowledge you with even a hello. Overall though the place is beautiful! The pools are well maintained and had a great vacation overall.

The property was really nice and clean but the pools need to be updated. Notice a lot of cracks in the pool. The food was mediocre, the drinks were water down like any other resort, and also needed to improve their late-night activities.

Can’t rave enough about our stay! 10/10 from top to bottom. Pedro, Martin and Miriam are truly the best people. The entire staff was so nice and welcoming. The room was beautiful the facility is amazing. We’re already planning a trip back

The property is not clean. Food poisioning caused by their food. Bugs in the food. Bad shower drain smell
