Beds are comfortable. Air conditioning left a lot to be desired as it never cooled. No option to have a fan running with the air conditioner either. The option is air conditioner or fan only. The turning off and on all night long was very bothersome and loud. The keypad on the microwave was sticky and dirty. The refrigerator froze all of my food despite not being in the freezer. Real bummer because I had expensive Sushi from the restaurant next door in there that I had to throw out. The included hot breakfast was a nice benefit and the waffles were the highlight. Quite delicious.

Probably won't be back to this hotel
I'm sorry to have said this TBH, but the king bed we had was horrible and way beyond firm, and so were the pillows... The so called mini fridge was okay, but had it's shelf, and wiring missing... The a.c was broken.
Onto the animals policy... Like over 20 different rules and a $20 charge per animal- like seriously- outrageous!
Breakfast was better than most, but even that was lacking in refills often... You get a buffet style, we got scrambled eggs with cheese and bacon bits, bacon, scrambled eggs by itself, 3 different kinds of cereal, apple, orange juice, and then the typical bread, butter.
We decided we're not coming back to this particular hotel, it's over priced, and uncomfortable to stay here.

Great place to stay
Our stay was very pleasant. Property was clean and quiet and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were very good compared to other hotel chains I've used before.

Rooms were extremely clean and beds were very comfortable. The morning breakfast received an “A+” rating from my high school and college aged boys.

This hotel has excellent service and amenities like 24hr pizza and an extended breakfast buffet. The rooms are clean and quiet! After a 12 hour drive this hotel was exactly what I needed to rest for the remainder of my drive. I usually stop in Grand Rapids but I am going to make this hotel in Baxter my spot!

Nice quiet hotel on a major highway. The staff was friendly and helpful. Once we settled in We didn't want to leave for restaurant. This hotel offered in house pizza at a reasonable price so we ordered one, delivered hot and tasty to our room. Room was comfy. However, the "handicap accessible" bathroom was their normal small bathroom with grab bars and tub seat, too crowded to work well if one used a wheelchair. We enjoyed this overnight stay and the complimentary hot breakfast with lots of choices.

Worst experience traveling with a dog. I had a funeral but couldn’t leave my dog unattended w/out a kennel so I left him in my car at the funeral because he doesn’t need a kennel which put more stress on an already harsh situation. the point of having a dog friendly hotel is to make traveling alittle easier. side door where ppl go and go ALL night but the door slams shut. Up all night No elevator for seniors and baggage. A/c didn’t work Breakfast ****** Requested early online check in paid $65. My sister got in w/out extra $65 at same time as me. Had to eat “free” breakfast in my room because I didn’t have a kennel while 3 rooms around me dogs were barking up a storm. Will never stay at this motel again. Ali maras Baxter mn
