The room is spacious and clean. The check in person was super nice (Kevin). Very people oriented and knew how to accommodate the guest. The hotel reset away from the main highway therefore it was quiet and peaceful at night.

Smooth check in with Sabrina, who went above and beyond graciously responding to several requests that we had. Excellent customer service. The beds were very comfortable, even the pullout sofa, and the hotel was quiet even though there were a lot of people at the hotel. The breakfast lady, Clara, was the best! She kept the breakfast area spotlessly clean, well stocked, and the food we had was hot and delicious. Clara greets everyone that comes into the dining area, and she is absolutely delightful. It’s worth coming to this hotel just to feel taken care of by this lady. Parking area was well lit. Our room was ready on time and very clean (my friends and I️ appreciate cleanliness)! We really had a nice stay.

First off, the breakfast was about what I imagine to be served as prison food. The eggs and wonky sausage were beyond bad. Now, I've never had prison food, but I used to eat a lot of school lunches so I have a fine appreciation for institutional food. This was just less than any of the many school cafeterias I've eaten in. Oh and then there's the reused printed paper in my room. The one soiled enough that I knew they neither replace it frequently nor appreciably care about hygiene or healthy stays. It's the one telling me that they aren't going to clean my room during my stay because they want to be "safe". Ha ha ha!!! I only take that as sarcastic humor based on the rest of my stay. What they actually meant to say was that they were not going to spend the money to clean the room, nor were they giving any discounts in this post pandemic world so that they can make more money off of me and their reduced staff. Obviously, not somewhere I'll be returning to.
