Pros: spacious room, many restaurants nearby, located near Giant supermarket, friendly staff, great water pressure. Cons: There’s no hair dryer in the room and provides only two plug sockets which is not convenient to use.

The window can't fully close Bathroom ventilation is not working at all Aircond cant cool down the room in 1 hours although it has coolest setting

Request with window cause ade baby tp x dapat, Buka ja ointu bilik bau rokok. Bgi tuala x bersih n koyak. Plug hanya pd katil sahaja. Nak masak oir panas kena bawa kettle ke katil. Plastic smph x bagi estra. Stay 3day 2 night mcm x selesa, tp have to sebb hotel lain penuh cuti skolah. Family room for 4people, tp bg cawan 2sahaja, no freezer also. No mineral water given. So sad.

I use to stay in this hotel whenever I come business trip. The Hotel was conveniently located and is easily found. The room very comfortable, the bed is comfortable for stay. The facilities is fine and acceptable . Most important is my stay is comfortable and I kind a familiar with surrounding, the food nearby and also convenient store available. I found the Reception Staff very friendly, helpful and welcoming too.

It was quite ok. The reception was friendly and doing her best to assist. Parking is quite convenient as well they record down your carplate. Breakfast is okish... Good for value I guess

Very near to Penang international airport by GRAB is only RM 7. Walking distance 7min there is a food Market that U can get all the local food.

It was very noisy, footsteps and noisy noises coming in and out could be heard outside the room, and the air conditioner was not cold.No photos were taken
