O Hotel em si é bem tranquilo, a localidade é muito boa, pertinho da praia, cama confortável e café da manhã muito bom. Oq eu tenho a reclamar é que colocaram um funcionário novo e ele não sabia fazer as coisas, o problema não é ser novo, e sim não ensinarem ele a fazer reserva e etc. Fomos reservar mais uma diária pra ir embora um pouco mais tarde e ele entendeu que estávamos pedindo reembolso? Kk e ele tbm não marcou que nosso quarto estava reservado, aí no dia seguinte o próximo atendente falou que iríamos ir embora às 12h, ficamos confusos, mas ele em si é muito gentil, só falta treinamento. Acho muito ruim o horário de checkout, 12h é muito cedo, fora que pelo preço deveria ser reservado o dia todo, mas enfim, foi tranquilo tirando esses pontos!
