"I stayed here for 5 nights. First, I want to say that the staff were always kind, friendly, and helpful. When I explained my situation to the receptionist, she was very understanding and kindly moved me to a female-only room, which I truly appreciated.
However, I would strongly advise women to think carefully before booking a mixed dorm room. During my first 4 nights in a mixed room, I barely slept at all. Several of the men snored loudly throughout the night, sometimes at the same time. One guest had an alarm going off around 3 a.m. every night to pray, and another guest was constantly coughing. After arriving in Denmark following two days of travel, the lack of sleep became overwhelming.
The situation became so exhausting that one morning I gave up trying to sleep and went to the reception area at 5 a.m. just to rest somewhere quieter. It seriously affected my first days in the country and made my arrival much more stressful than it should have been.
Once I was moved to a women’s room, I was finally able to get proper rest. For that, I am very grateful to the staff.
The employees deserve praise for their kindness and professionalism, but based on my experience, I would never choose a mixed dorm room again."
