We weren't given a reason why he was in there. We complained to reception but they just accepted it and wanted to make a note of it. They didn't even meet your needs or anything. A really cheeky move. 😐 Otherwise you can't complain. There is always a lifeguard at the pool and it is also a nice pool area.

I would rate the staff neutrally. This hotel is not suitable at all for people who have very sensitive ears when they sleep, because you can hear a lot through the door and the door slams loudly.

The hotel is very good in every way, large and comfortable beds, a/c, TV, swimming pool, the hotel staff is wonderful, no problems at all, if you have any questions they will resolve them for you, including the hotel maintenance staff. There is parking, it is not a party area, it is quiet, close to Palma, the airport, close to pharmacies, pizzerias, etc. We will definitely return.
