GGuest UserBreakfast was very varied, fresh and delicious. There was even salmon on Sundays.
The rooms were also clean and tidy. The towels were even changed, although you didn't ask them to (by putting them on the floor), which they also indicate on a sign on the table (for the sake of the environment).
The location to Ballermann is of course not so good, it's a long walk and the hotel is ”uphill”.
What really bothered us about the ”service” was that the security simply came into the room in the middle of the day. We were in the bathroom, lightly dressed, and he was walking around the room with the door wide open and then we looked and asked him to come out and pushed the door shut, he refused and held it with a lot of force. We weren't given a reason why he was in there. We complained to reception but they just accepted it and wanted to make a note of it. They didn't even meet your needs or anything. A really cheeky move. 😐
Otherwise you can't complain. There is always a lifeguard at the pool and it is also a nice pool area.

QQaisrooms advertised as double. infact it's 2 singles pushed together. my feet hung of the bed had to sleep at an angle so be comfy. asked the hotel snd they said there are no double beds at all in the hotel.
breckfadt was like a free for all no system really confusing.

AAnonymous UserIs seemed to be a good value for money. You have general cleanliness, relative closeness to the beach, decent selection of food, nice personnel.
Fantastic view from the rooftop bar.
The way from the beach back to the hotel is upwards with a staircase involved, so might not suit everyone.
The food is tasty, the amount of alcohol allowed (3 glasses of wine or beer at lunch and dinner) is enough.
Would recommend this hotel.

LLucysonI chose this hotel as my accommodation for my trip to Mallorca.
The front desk staff was friendly and the room was clean. The elevator was convenient because it worked quickly without having to wait!
One thing that was disappointing was that water and an electric kettle were not provided.
However, it is close enough to the airport by bus or taxi, and the beach is about a 10-minute walk away, so it is a good hotel geographically.
The swimming pool is not big, but it is free to use, which was nice :)

GGuest UserLocated a bit away from the ”Ballermann” area, this hotel offers good value for money, especially with the all-inclusive option. It can get a bit noisy with partying crowds. Overall, it's worth recommending for the price, but don't expect a 5-star hotel.

ValleThe hotel is very good in every way, large and comfortable beds, a/c, TV, swimming pool, the hotel staff is wonderful, no problems at all, if you have any questions they will resolve them for you, including the hotel maintenance staff. There is parking, it is not a party area, it is quiet, close to Palma, the airport, close to pharmacies, pizzerias, etc. We will definitely return.
