Very suitable for parent-child vacation, the hotel has arranged a lot of programs from morning to night. The design details of the hotel are super beautiful and ubiquitous, perfect African style. The Tujiu restaurant is the most authentic and delicious. The “Pool View Suite” had no view of the Pool. No way are they of 4 Star Standard either. Lots of Cracked tiles and very shoddy and aged.. Food was very good and plentiful.. The staff extremely friendly, but at €300 a night, we felt very cheated with everything about Room 812 that was deemed a “Pool View and Garden View Suite”!! Besides zero view of the Pool, it was of very aged decor and in urgent need of modernisation.. Not to  mention the Gardeners making noise with machinery from around 4am In the morning.. Would not return

The location of the hotel is good, more than ten minutes walk from the famous British beach. The back door of the hotel is a large market with shops and bars and restaurants. The room is quite large and clean. The breakfast is particularly rich and varied. Especially orange juice is completely squeezed! Must like 👍 In the evening, the hotel will hold a pool concert, and the female singer sings really well. The staff is very enthusiastic and take the initiative to help with the luggage. The restaurant staff is also very enthusiastic. The flaw is: the safe is not available for electricity, and the seat decoration is not in place: leaking.

Very clean and nice, large rooms. Only the condition of the balcony (very old and not very appealing) makes me deduct a point for the amenities. Good service, a bit out of the way for my destination, the Yumbo Center, but with good bus/taxi connections and plenty of restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

This is a four-star hotel, but it is really quite big with the five-star gap. First of all, it is all-inclusive. The orange juice seems to be orange juice powder. The food variety is less basic and there is no seafood. The pool is not big. Children run around and around. The service front desk was slow and the room was booked for a long time. I couldn't find the order number. I had to wait for a long time. The bathroom bath was also very small and very inconvenient. Ottimo soggiorno, grazie anche al personale attento ai nostri bisogni. Abbiamo avuto un problema con dei cuscini sporchi, ma la signora delle pulizia ha provveduto a sostituirceli. Alcuni mobili sono usurati e si potrebbero migliorare alcuni dettagli, ma nel complesso il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto buono. Torneremo.

Front office and services staffs can be more pleasant. Not sure if they understaff or tired . But they sometimes they not friendly. The guy who checked us in very nice but rest of stay, we don’t received friendly attitudes from the service nor front office staffs . The housekeeping lady so much helpful. The hotel are decent.

The hotel has a modern and pleasant image. The beds are quite comfortable and the rooms are large. Disadvantages: The cleaning service first thing in the morning is quite noisy, not precisely because of the noise of the appliances, but because the cleaners shout to talk. I consider it a lack of respect, professionalism and consideration for the people who have paid for a break violated by that bad attitude. It happened to me on a Sunday at 8.00am. The breakfast, good fruit, but a lot of industrial and little native food abounds.

Such a fantastic hotel and perfect location, the rooms are brilliant and with 5* service . It is a huge hotel so plenty of swimming pools to choose from and always clean. The food is delicious and the receptionists are wonderful ,ready to meet your needs 24/7
