This is a brand new hotel, and it's very comfortable. The interior design is great, and they even provide bottled mineral water. The service is excellent! Plus, there are lots of restaurants nearby.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious and well-designed, spotlessly clean, and completely odor-free. The bed was so soft and comfortable, I slept like a baby. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and there was plenty of hot water, with all the essential amenities provided. The hotel staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and friendly. The location is super convenient for transportation, yet the surroundings are peaceful and quiet. It’s definitely an excellent choice for a trip. The hygiene was top-notch; there wasn't a speck of dust or dirt anywhere, and the room was well-ventilated with a comfortable temperature. The soundproofing was fantastic, making for a truly quiet night's rest. The facilities were excellent, with soft, pleasant lighting. The staff were responsive and friendly. This hotel offers much better value for money than others in its price range, and I would genuinely recommend it and definitely return.

After visiting Chaka Salt Lake, we stayed here. I only learned upon arriving that Golmud is the second largest city in Qinghai. The hotel's location is excellent, not far from the famous Salt Lake Co., Ltd. building. When taking a taxi in Golmud and mentioning Salt Lake Co., Ltd. to the driver, you could feel their immense pride. This hotel recently opened, so the facilities are very new, and the breakfast is also good. There are many dining options nearby, and the service is attentive, maintaining the consistent quality Mercure hotels are known for.

This hotel is well-equipped and perfect for a motorcycle trip. The owner is incredibly welcoming! It has a huge parking lot, and the rooms have an oxygen supply system, hot water, and heating – it got so warm in the middle of the night I had to take off my shirt! I couldn't continue my journey due to altitude sickness, and the owner helped me with so many things, from bringing me water to helping arrange transport for my motorcycle. I'm truly grateful 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 I heard the road will be fixed by the end of the year, so I'll bring my family to experience the beauty of the Qinghai-Tibet line then.

This time I stayed at this hotel for the exam, the experience was great! The location of the hotel is particularly good, very close to the test center, within walking distance, saving the traffic trouble, so that I can focus more on the exam. The room was quiet and tidy, the sound insulation was very good, and the rest was very practical at night, and there was no external interference at all. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning temperature was suitable, which made me fully relaxed before the exam. The staff service is also very intimate, knowing that I am coming to the exam, specially reminded me of the breakfast time and arranged a wake-up service for me, very warm heart. The breakfast is rich in variety and the nutrition is reasonable, providing sufficient energy for the exam. In short, this hotel provides great convenience for my exam, highly recommended to other candidates, I will definitely choose here next time I have the opportunity!

Our hotel is excellent, great value for money, and the amenities are top-notch. It even has a gym, billiards room, and laundry room – and surprisingly, it's equipped with the ”Qiao's Golden Leg” brand, which is fantastic! The wet and dry areas are also separated. However, I have a few suggestions: 1. The laundry room should ideally have someone specifically assigned to supervise it, especially now during peak tourist season when there are many guests and a high demand for laundry. Otherwise, long queues can easily lead to disputes, and many people won't be able to wash their clothes. Or, some people will take a very long time to wash, causing delays for others and potentially causing conflict. Having someone specifically manage it would also improve service. 2. The gym equipment is excellent, but it feels like it's never been used. Some equipment makes unusual noises, and some is unstable, posing a risk of injury. I suggest having someone specifically check it weekly or monthly. Also, it would be good to have some water available in the gym. If you suspect someone is taking the water, you could add a access control system. 3. There aren't enough clothes racks in this room. To be honest, it's not necessary to put all the bathrobes on them. You could fold the bathrobes and add more racks. I feel the need for racks is greater than the need for bathrobes. 4. The telephone in the room is particularly hard to find. I think it would be best to put a label on it, because many people can't find this type of panel telephone. It would also be good to have instructions for the oxygen concentrator. Many people don't know how to use it. 5. The mini-fridge is in this cabinet. If the cabinet door isn't opened, its heat dissipation won't be good. When I open it, the area around the refrigerator gets very hot, which will cause the refrigerator to wear out very easily.

Too new, the new washing machine is the first time I use 🤣 The hotel decoration style is very good, very clean, the price is simply too beautiful! But far from the city, there are no shops around, and the hot pot restaurant downstairs has not opened yet, resulting in no food to eat in the morning. The front desk sister is super interesting, the service is very good, and very warm. If you stay for a few more days, I will always choose this hotel!
