Find the Best Hotels Near Beach in Tossa De Mar

Hotel facilities are very good, clean, location is also good, to the center of the coastal town of Tosa is also 10 minutes walk, the service is also very nice, that is, the hotel parking space is very small and needs to be reserved in advance, otherwise it will stop at a parking lot outside the hotel, more troublesome, It is inconvenient to drive by yourself and lock the garage door.

Absolutely loved my stay there, the staff was so nice and welcoming. My room was small but I didn't need more space - the bed was double and very comfy and I had my own bathroom (pretty big in comparison) with lots of towels, fresh soap and tubes of showering gel (I travelled lightly so it was welcomed) so what else can one need. I loved the included breakfasts and the breakfast timeslot (from 8 to 12 - take notes all you other hotels out there!). There was a lot of variety for the price so IMO the food should satisfy most of the folks - I liked chorizo and cured ham, the wide selection of vegetables, the bread and croissants, and last but not least, the coffee was, pardon my expression, pretty damn good for a two star hotel. Tea was very ordinary in comparison but still okay. Having a kettle and a fridge in my room was super convenient. Wifi and tv quality was great. The walls aren't thick so when there's more guests it can get noisy - which didn't happen often to me but I can imagine how it can be during the high season - but that's a problem in most hotels all over the world. People are noisy animals, most of them. So if you are easily irritated etc consider taking & using earplugs, I guess. There were only two real downsides, let's say one and a half because only one was serious. My room was a bit too warm for my taste and when I realized that opening the window doesn't help, I tried using the air conditioning - which didn't work. I tried all the options, and the cooling mode made the room warmer instead of cooler. Which was a bummer. I didn't report that to the staff, since it wasn't a big issue for me at the moment - I spent most of my time outside the hotel anyway and came back at night when it was much cooler. But I can imagine it becoming a serious problem during the regular season in the summer or later in the spring. Air conditioning in a place like Tossa is essential, so yeah, better fix that ASAP, Turissa. Another thing, very minor this time, was that the cleaning lady who goes in to your room every day has a habit of straightening out the sheets on the bed every time. Yeah, like she did that every single day, lol. I mean I'm not that picky... Are you guys that picky (whoever reads this) ? Just leave it be and save yourself the work, lady, because you know it's gonna be a mess the next day, and the next, and the next - so it's like fighting windmills - unless your name is Donna Quixote, this is something uncalled for. But you know guys, if that's the only complaint one can make about the hotel, then you know Turissa is more than alright. Amiright or amiright guys;) Wish I could stay longer. PS: Oh and there's a pool for the guests, too. I didn't really have time to use (we were more excited dipping our toes in the sea anyway) it but I could watch it every day from the cantina when having my breakfast. Nice!

Service: The entire trip was terrible. The front desk was a bit impatient with my room request, grumbling that requests needed to be made in advance. They gave me the first and last rooms in the hallway. The first room was extremely noisy, and the last room required a long walk. This was blatant discrimination! Environment: The main building was very noisy during peak tourist season, with many young children. The elevator was very slow, and the up button was broken. The room facilities were very outdated, roughly comparable to a domestic budget hotel, and the bathroom was even worse. Cleanliness: The quilt was just a layer of paper, and the toilet was filthy. Facilities: The only positive feature was the swimming pool.

這家酒店是我們第二次入住，地理位置很好，離tossa衹要10min路程，並且酒店有兩種接駁方式可以到周邊的幾個地方（船和擺渡車）； 這次入住的同樣是靠地中海的海景房，酒店的餐廳好吃，晚上9:30還有live house，我們住了2天，比較難受的點是第二天遇到了房間門口水管壞了的情況，導致房間內馬桶一直產生流水的噪音，怎麼弄都解決不了，和前台打電話3次都説安排工作人員來處理，一次都沒來，整個晚上都沒睡着，嚴重影響睡眠和第二天精力，我是非常喜歡這家酒店的，並且還推薦了朋友入住，但是這個設施和遇到這個問題的處理方式沒有很及時解決讓我有些失望。

The hotel service is very good, the room is very clean; the location is very convenient, just a 6-minute walk from the bus station, and it only takes 8 minutes to the beach; I would like to make a few suggestions about the facilities: the water in the outdoor swimming pool is ice and not heated at all; only the hot tub can be used in this season, but the time is closed a little early; the Wi-Fi function is not very stable, and the front desk staff changed the conference Wi-Fi to succeed; but in general, it is a cost-effective experience, and I will recommend it to my friends!

Family hotel. Sympathetic staff. The rooms are very well suited, with balcony and air conditioning. The sounds of the room above are not terrible. Telephone with 3 channels (info) in French. The swimming pool is fine. The breakfast is right even if most products are industrial (growing, orange juice, ...). In the negative light, two things: We could not connect to the hotel's wifi in 6 days, whether in the room, at the reception, at the swimming pool or elsewhere. Finally, I didn't appreciate that a woman was bathing with a burkini in the pool, burkini that she then used in the breakfast room and in the city. On the hygiene level, it is not possible. I don't understand that the hotel accepts this.

The hotel is ok, but the service is quite bad. There are no people at the reception, so I communicated with them via what's up. While they claim 24h support, they don't respond in the evenings. The what's app bot is terrible: every time you start convesation, you recieve a few messages from bot, which are completely useless, connecting directly to people would have been way more convinient. Also the support itself is not great at some aspects, like I informed them in the beginning of our stay that the light above the bed works badly, like it works for short time, then it stops and asked to change the bulb, which they didn;t do during the whole duration of our stay. In some cases they were helpful, I must admit, but nothing special. The breakfasts are also quite bad and below from what you expect from 4 stars hotel (even in 3 starts in Spain I got better breakfasts). Overall, this electronic receptions feels very liveless. The condition of the hotel is also quite poor. Like there is massive hole in the ceiling in the passage close to the restaraunt, bucket under this hole and it doesn;t seem like they are going to fix it. I would not recommend this hotel.
