"I had an amazing experience. The staff was very helpful and supportive they also allow me 15 minutes Extra as I was bit late for checking out apart from the issue with wash basin as instantly they fix it. I am recommending this place."

The Park Inn offers beautiful vistas and on a clear day you can easily see the Needles on the Isle of Wight and Old Harry’s Rocks over in the Purbecks. The hotel is just a short walk to the shops and variety of seaside attractions and is set in a great location for you to explore the surrounding area. Dinner can be enjoyed in the comfortable restaurant and guests can also benefit from outside terrace and swimming pool.
"Great location, only 10 minutes walk from Bournemouth train station. I only stayed one night for a meeting I had the next day. All member of staff were very friendly ,courteous and polite!
The property shows its age but the room are spacious when compared with other three star hotels like Travelodge. Its off the main road and very quiet in the night.
I've opted in for breakfast, however, to be totally honest for the cost of £14 I expected to see more options - its very basic.
However, all in all I had a good experience and will visit again!"

MMo仔The location is convenient. Walking distance of 10 minutes to the city centre and 20 minutes to the beach nearby. The staff are very friendly. The hotel provides car park with a price. £15.5 for overnight. Only shower not bath in the bathroom. One bad thing is the television in the room. It is so small and it is placed at the corner of the room.

GGuest UserIt was very nice the rooms were clean and the beach was very close.The staff was very kind and nice,I would definitely book again i am very pleased with this hotel my kids also loved this hotel more than me. I would most definitely recommend this hotel to others. However I would say if there is a family you book the rooms near each other in advance. Overall my whole family loved this hotel.

Ssimoooon01Big room and accessible bathroom there is a very retro lovely charm here which is like of timeless but not in a bad way . The Internet was very good as were the facilities in the room . The only thing I would say was the bar soft drink was relatively expensive but it was just that you tasteless like it had been watered down too much

GGuest UserWas ok, but to be honest the room and actually hotel were very dated. And the pool facilities in terms of changing were totally inadequate. Breakfast was ok, and thd location was decent. But having to pay extra for parking when I was a paying guest was poor.

GGuest UserBooked as a last minute, lovely hotel.. Reception staff could not of been more helpful. We got upgraded to a sea view, and the room was spacious & lovely. .. there’s a lovely grandness to the hotel , so I felt sad that the smallest of Maintenon job that I noticed let it down, for example , the conference room opposite the reception curtain we’re hanging off it’s rail. So simple to rectify I’m sure.
Bar drinks, VERY overly priced .
Didn’t use the Spa as closed at 6pm .
I would return to this hotel., as stated the reception ladies were smiley, & helpful.

GGuest UserAmazing stay at Hotel Celebrity. Located very near to the scenic view, it offers great and spacious rooms. I stayed at room number 246 and the room was quite spacious clean tidy along with a private bathroom that had a bath tub. The stay was very comfortable and the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive to any query a customer might have. Breakfast includes bacon and other vegetarian options but there was just one spoon to use for bacon as well as the vegetarian options which can lead to cross contamination and for someone like me who does not eat bacon it was a deal breaker. However if a separate spoon would be kept to avoid cross contamination then it would have been even more amazing. Overall the stay and the locality is nice and the staff is quite friendly too. Would highly recommend Hotel Celebrity to everyone willing to travel to Bournemouth for a vacation or leisure time.

Breakfast is so-so
Catch up with the elevator maintenance for three months. It takes a lot of effort to carry the big suitcase upstairs.
The room is just above the restaurant, every night the music collapses to 9:30 after, affecting sleep...
Don't eat steak in the hotel, pizza is still ok

I highly recommend it to everyone who visits bornemouth affordable price.
